基坑支护系统控制及三维可视化研究

【摘要】 基坑工程事故的预防和处理一直是岩土工程中的一个重要课题,也是深基坑工程实践中的热点问题。本文研究开发了一种不同与往常的信息施工技术,一种新型的应用于基坑开挖施工的支护及其监控系统。充分发挥监测对施工的预警、指导作用,保证基坑的整体稳定性,防止基坑施工事故的发生。 本文根据前人的研究成果,对基坑工程的发展简介和特点进行了简明扼要的叙述。针对当前基坑工程施工的现状和存在问题,参考国内外基坑工程的研究,对当前控制基坑变形的因素进行了综合的分析,提出了采用可以预先施加支撑力且可随时控制支撑力大小的可控支撑系统,并综合分析目前的基坑计算方法,建立了支护系统的数学模型,在MATLAB平台上设计了一套计算施加预加支撑力的计算软件。 其次,在LabVIEW平台上利用ActiveX调用OpenGL技术,开发了在线的、实时的基坑支护系统三维可视的计算机监测系统,及时整理、反馈监测数据,为充分发挥监测对施工的预警、指导作用准备了充足的条件,使得实时预警支护系统状态更加直观、鲜明、准确。 再次,分析基坑事故原因,对深基坑工程事故的控制和预警系统的建立、预警指标的确定进行了理论和实践研究。建立了基坑支护系统的控制预警专家系统,为基坑支护系统的故障预警和动态施工提供了更好的指导。 最后,通过对基坑工程施工实例采用可视化基坑监测管理系统的实践,结合实际工程现场监测数据资料分析,以及支撑系统设备控制工作的试验,总结出基坑工程动态施工中采用可视化基坑监测管理系统实施的工程设计和施工建议,本方法具有广阔的工程应用前景。

【Abstract】 The utmost important problem of the foundation-pit is that the prevention and treating of the foundation-pit accident during the excavate period. What’s more, it is a key problem in the deep foundation-pit engineering practice. This paper is meant to research and develop a entirely different construction technique, which is a new strutting and monitoring system used in excavation constructed practice. The system could not only monitor the excavation state, but also provide the dangerous state alarm and instruction of the treating method, which is necessary to guarantee the safety of the excavation and prevent the excavation accident.On the base of former study, the development and characters of exaction engineering was expound perspicuity firstly. Aiming at the status and existing questions of the excavation engineering accident, the factors of controlling the formation of the excavation was analyzed generally by referencing to the abroad and internal articles, and promoted the flexible strut system that could control the strut force automatically. The mathematic model of the strut system was formed on the base of analysis the modeling method at the present time. And the mathematic software was built on the MATLAB platform.Secondly, depending on the LabVIEW, ActiveX and OpenGL computer techniques, a monitoring system of foundation excavation was founded, which is integrated with data automatical collection, treatment and analytical evaluation, and automatically displaying the state of excavation by 3D visible simulation technology. And it takes important meaning to restrict the strain, to improve the safety of the excavation and protect the surrounding environment.Thirdly, the reasons of the excavation engineering accidents was analyzed, and the method of preventing and treating of excavation accidents that set up a process control and security early warning system of excavation engineering using the expert prediction system.At last, through the practice of the real project of excavation engineering using the Three Dimension Visualized Excavation Monitoring System, combining the
