基于协同论的冶金企业技术创新整合机制研究

【摘要】 技术创新是冶金企业可持续发展的不竭动力,冶金企业的技术创新带有明显的行业特征、经济特征和时代特征。在影响冶金企业技术创新的众多因素中,技术创新机制处于核心地位,起着十分关键的作用。本文以技术创新理论、制度创新理论、创新系统理论、协同学理论为基础,以协同为主线,综合运用规范研究与实证研究、定性分析与定量分析相结合的研究方法,对我国冶金企业技术创新机制进行了较为深入的研究,这些研究成果具有一定的理论意义和现实意义。本文的研究内容主要包括:1.在明确冶金企业技术创新的内涵的基础上,研究了冶金企业技术创新系统的复杂性及协同学特征。根据冶金企业及其产品在产业链上所处的位置,提出了冶金企业技术创新的四种方式:自主创新、定制创新、关联创新和依托创新,分析讨论了这四种创新方式的内涵及实现条件。通过对协同学基本演化方程的变换,运用logistic方程描述了冶金企业技术创新四种方式的协同机理。分析结果表明,冶金企业必须结合企业所在行业及自身产品的特点,根据自己的实力选择合适的技术创新方式,选好创新突破口,这对于提高冶金企业技术创新的生产率,保证创新成功特别重要。2.基于协同学理论,研究了冶金企业技术创新的动力与动力要素之间的协同以及创新系统机制的协同。用动力序参量方程验证了预期高额收益是冶金企业技术创新的主导动力,建构了技术创新系统动力的协同模式。通过对创新系统机制的研究,提出了冶金企业技术创新的机制整合模型,分析了创新子机制的构成、运行机理及子机制之间的协同作用方式,指出协同是冶金企业技术创新机制作用实现的本质要求。3.研究冶金企业技术创新系统机制的协同度评价的方法。协同是系统发展的内在要求,对系统要素协同程度的测度是分析、把握系统发展趋势的重要手段。本文提出了测度冶金企业技术创新系统的机制协同度的SIM模型与指标体系。基于本人参加的《TPCO发展战略研究》及天津市经贸委《天津市重点自主品牌发展战略研究》项目的成果与作者在唐钢工作的经历,通过实证研究验证了SIM模型的评价效果,丰富了复杂性系统协同评价的方法。

【Abstract】 Technology innovation in metallurgy enterprises is considered the lasting motive for the sustainable development, with distinct characteristics of industry, economy and the times. Among factors that affect technology innovation of metallurgy enterprises, the mechanism of technology innovation is at the core and plays a key role. Based on the theories of technology innovation, institute innovation, innovation system and synergetics, with the main thread of synergetic, profound research in technology innovation mechanism of Chinese metallurgy enterprises has been done. Research methods of standard research and case study, qualitative and quantitative analysis have been applied, which result in achievements with theoretical and practical significance to some extent. The main research contents include:1. On the basis of explicating the connotation of technology innovation of metallurgy enterprises, the complexity and coordination features are studied. According to the locations of metallurgy enterprises and their products on the industry chain, four modes have been pointed out for technology innovation of metallurgy enterprises, i.e., self-innovation, customized innovation, connected innovation and relied-on innovation. And the meanings and conditions of the four innovative modes are discussed. Through transferring the basic synergetic evolvement equation, the logistic equations are used to describe the coordination mechanism of four innovative modes. It proves that metallurgy enterprises have to choose suitable technology innovation modes according to characteristics of the industry and their products based on their own strengths. To make a good break-through of innovation is of great importance to ensure successful innovation and to enhance productivity of metallurgy enterprises.2.Based on synergetics theory, the synergetic among innovative drives, driving factors and innovation system has been studied. The conclusion that the anticipated high income is the leading drive for metallurgy enterprises’technology innovation is proved by drive order parameters equations.
