大城市对外客运枢纽规划与设计理论研究

【摘要】 城市对外客运枢纽是一种实现交通功能转换的场所,是城市内外交通联系的结合部。城市对外客运枢纽规划是城市综合交通规划的重要内容之一,但是其还没有受到足够的重视,重建设轻规划的现象还比较普遍,规划的理论和方法还不完善。鉴于此,论文从对外客运枢纽的宏观布局和微观换乘两个方面,进行了较为系统的研究。研究主要内容包括对外客运枢纽的形成机理、布局和选址模型、客运需求预测方法、换乘客流预测、衔接系统规划及综合评价研究等。首先,在分析和研究了对外客运枢纽与城市发展的关系及其发展动力的基础上,对对外客运枢纽的形成机理进行了研究;并研究了对外客运枢纽的发展过程与形态,分析了对外客运枢纽的发展和其与城市发展的相互影响,对我国大城市对外客运枢纽的发展现状进行了分析,提出了未来城市对外客运枢纽的发展趋势。其次,分析了对外客运枢纽布局和选址存在的问题,针对土地开发密集的老城区和土地规划正在进行(或尚未完成)的新城区,以城市对外出行总时间最小为目标,分别提出了约束型和无约束型两种选址模型,并分别进行求解。接着,从对外客运枢纽客流在城市之间分布和城市内部分布两个层面,提出了城市对外客运枢纽客流需求预测模型和方法。随后,分析了对外客运枢纽客流的特征,针对对外客运枢纽换乘客流换乘的机动性、可达性和生态性三个方面的优化目标,以换乘系统最优为目标函数,构建了对外客运枢纽换乘方式优化模型,并以此进行对外客运枢纽换乘客流预测。然后,以轨道交通和常规公交为重点,从衔接模式、场站、线路及运营等方面分别提出了对外客运枢纽衔接系统规划优化模型与方法;根据对外客运枢纽交通组织存在的问题,研究了对外客运枢纽交通组织的方法;根据对外客运枢纽信息服务的内涵和分类,研究并提出了对外客运枢纽乘客信息服务优化设计方法。进而,从枢纽宏观布局和微观换乘两个层次,完善了对外客运枢纽评价指标体系,对对外客运枢纽评价进行了研究,并首次将集对分析法引入到微观换乘系统评价中。最后,对全文进行了总结,并对进一步研究提出了设想。

【Abstract】 An external passenger transport hub(EPTH) in a city is the facility for traffic conversion, which connects inbound and outbound traffic. Although the EPTH planning is one of the very important parts in city planning process, its importance is not fully recognized. The phenomenon of emphasizing on construction instead of planning is still widespread. The EPTH planning theories and methods is still deficient.The author presented the systematic study from the macroscopic and the microscopic views, on the layout and the passenger transfer of the EPTH. The study includes the formation mechanism, layout and location selection, passenger transfer forecasting theories, cohesion system planning theories and comprehensive evaluate methods, etc.Firstly, based on the analysis of the relationship between EPTH and city development, as well as the its expanding force, the author initiated the EPTH’s formation mechanism, studied the relationship between its developing process and modality, the interaction between its development and the city development in modern times. After having analyzed the current state of big cities’EPTHs, the author pointed out the direction of EPTH’s development in the future.Secondly, based on analyzing the problems existing in the current EPTHs’layout and their location selecting, and with respectively focusing on old cities with intense land use and new cities with under development land use, the author initiated the restraint and non-restraint models and solutions for location selection, with the objects of minimizing the total travel time.Thirdly, the author proposed the external passenger traffic demand forecasting models and solutions from the distribution of passenger traffic inside and-outside cities.Fourthly, the author analyzed the characteristic of external passenger traffic, and built the EPTH passenger transfer mode optimization model with the object function of optimizing the mobility, accessibility and ecological impact of the EPTH. Meanwhile, passenger traffic was forecasted.Fifthly, focusing on the MRT and public transport sectors, the author initiated the optimization models and methods of the EPTH’s cohesion system, respectively from the point of views of joint pattern, station, circuitry and operation. Als0, by studying the problems exists in organizing the EPTH’s passenger traffic, the author proposed the according methods. Furthermore, according to the connotation and classification of EPTH’s information services, the author studied and initiated the methods of optimizing the information services in EPTH.Sixthly, the author improved the criteria system of evaluating EPTH, studied the EPTH evaluation system from the layout view and the passenger transfer view. And the set pair analysis method for evaluating transfer system was introduced for the first time by the author.At the end of this paper, conclusion was drawn and the future research area was proposed.
