城市形态、交通模式和居民出行方式研究

【摘要】 交通拥挤是现代城市主要的问题之一。本文结合城市规划和交通规划,从宏观层面(城市形态、交通模式和交通结构)和微观层面(城市土地利用和居民出行方式)研究城市交通问题的内在机理,探寻解决城市交通拥挤问题的理论和方法。论文的研究可划分为四大部分:城市形态和城市交通网络形态、城市形态和交通模式、城市形态和交通结构、以及城市土地利用和居民出行方式研究。本文从宏观层面研究城市形态和城市交通网络形态、城市形态和交通模式,城市形态和交通结构。(1)城市形态和城市交通网络形态研究主要内容包括:城市形态;城市形态发展演变规律;城市道路网基本形态;城市混合式路网基本形态;公共交通线路分类;公共交通线网类型;轨道交通网络类型;轨道交通线路规模;轨道交通线路布设。(2)城市形态和交通模式具有一定的相互关系。城市形态是交通模式的基础,交通模式对城市形态具有引导作用。从宏观、中观和微观层面分析交通模式选择影响因素;从出行者自身、交通系统的运营者、社区三个方面研究交通模式的需求问题;分析城市交通模式选择的流程;实例研究城市交通模式的评价过程;论述城市形态与步行交通、自行车交通、常规公共交通和轨道交通的耦合关系。(3)在城市形态和交通结构的研究中,主要研究东南大学交通调查表中居民出行时间的概率分布,并根据90%概率时间区间对实际调查的城市交通结构进行分析和评价,结合城市规模和形态分析城市自行车与公共交通方式的分担率。(4)土地利用和居民出行方式是本文研究的微观层面。根据土地利用性质,重点研究商业用地和交通方式、居住用地和交通方式以及工业用地和交通方式三大类。居民出行方式是城市交通模式的微观体现。影响城市居民出行方式因素众多,重点研究居民自身特征变量对居民出行方式选择的影响,建立神经网络模型,把居民自身特征变量和其它数据变量做为神经网络模型输入变量,利用调查数据对模型进行验证,表明模型具有很好的实用性。

【Abstract】 Congestion is the one of major problems of modern city. The dissertation researches the inner mechanism of city traffic problem,searches for method and theory that solves city congestion problem from macroscopic layer ( city form, traffic pattern and traffic structure ) and microscopic layer (city land use and resident trip mode),combinating city planing and transportation plan. The dissertation are divided into 4 parts: city form and city traffic network form, city form and traffic pattern, city form and traffic structure ,as well as city land use with resident trip mode.The major research content of city form and city traffic network form include: city form; city form develops law; city basic road net form; city mixing road net form; the line classfication of public transit; the line net type of public transit; rail traffic network type; rail traffic line scale; rail traffic line lay out.City form and traffic pattern have certain correlation. City form is the basic of traffic pattern, and traffic pattern plays a guide role for city form. From macroscopic , midscopic and microscopic layer , the dissertation analyzes influencing factor of traffic pattern option; researches the demand of resident, traffic systematic operation and community; analyzes the process of city traffic pattern option; discuss appraisement course of city traffic pattern through the example ; In addetion , the dissertation discuss the couple relations between city form and walk traffic, bicycle traffic, conventional public transit and rail traffic.The major research content of city form and the structure of traffic include: the probability distribution of resident trip time through southeast university traffic investigation data , the analysis and evaluation of the city traffic structure by actual investigation according to the probability time interval of 90%, the analysis of share rate of city bicycle and public transit combining city scale and form.The dissertation also studies land use and resident trip mode from the microscopic layer. According to land using nature, it focus on the three kinds: commercial land and traffic mode , residential land and traffic mode as well as industrial land and traffic mode. It is the microscopic embodiment of city traffic pattern that resident makes trip mode. It is numerous factors to affect city resident trip mode, the dissertation research on resident self character variables that affect resident trip mode option, establish neuralral network model, input resident self character variables and other data variables into neural network model by investigation data, the results show that model has very good practicality
