区域网络化制造中的资源管理及其优化配置技术研究

【摘要】 区域网络化制造是一种符合我国国情的先进制造模式。区域网络化制造系统的开发和实施,提高了我国相关区域内整个制造企业群体的综合竞争力。制造资源的管理和优化配置是区域网络化制造系统的重要组成部分。本文以成德绵区域网络化制造系统为背景,根据该区域的实际情况,从企业的实际需求出发,围绕区域网络化制造系统中的资源管理与优化配置这条主线,对其相关的问题进行了较为深入的探讨和研究。主要包括:资源管理与优化配置在区域网络化制造系统的作用、区域网络化制造的实施模式的选择,还有区域网络化制造中资源的分类、建模、资源的集成与管理、资源的优化配置模型及资源优化配置实施过程中安全问题。 本文的主要成果如下: 1)根据区域网络化制造系统中资源的特点,对其进行了分类,并根据资源管理和优化配置的需要,提出了一个三层的BTCQS资源描述模型。该资源描述模型对制造资源的属性分类恰当,既包含了资源所必须的所有属性,又不产生混淆和冗余。而且结构合理,层次分明,能清晰地描述区域网络化制造系统中的资源,并为三级资源管理和资源的优化配置奠定基础。 2)在课题组的研究基础上,结合web service技术的优点,提出一个基于总平台/重点城市分平台/企业平台的三级资源管理解决方案。该方案在总平台建立私有的UDDI中心,重点城市或企业把所需要共享的资源封装成web service,并在总平台的UDDI注册中心进行注册。这种资源集成和管理模式为用户屏蔽了资源的分布性和异构性,增加了资源管理的灵活性和可扩展性。使平台上所提供的资源更具有实时性和针对性。各重点城市平台和企业平台有高度的自主性,同时各重点城市分平台和企业平台又被总平台管理和控制,实现了分散自治和集中管理的统一。 3)对区域内制造资源的优化配置,根据企业的实际需求,本文采用两种资源优化配置模式:一种是资源的优选,另一种是面向产品全生命周期的资源的优化组合。针对单个资源的优选,根据资源特点的不同而采用不同的方法,引入AHP方法来解决装备资源的优选,但单靠传统的AHP办法无法圆满解决资源的优选问题,进而结合模糊AHP方法的优点,提出

【Abstract】 Regional networked manufacturing is an advanced manufacturing model suited to China’s national condition. The development and implementation of regional networked manufacturing systems improve the overall competitiveness of some region in China. Manufacturing resource management and its optimal configuration are important components of regional networked manufacturing system. On the background of Chengdu-Deyang-Mianyang regional networked manufacturing system, and focusing on resource management and its optimal configuration in regional networked manufacturing system, the related issues are researched according to the actual situation in the region and the actual require from the enterprises, such as the role of resource management and its optimal configuration in regional networked manufacturing system, the choice of implement model for the regional networked manufacturing system, the classification of manufacturing resource, the modeling of resource, the management and integration of resource in regional manufacturing system, and the method of resource optimal configuration and the security problem are explored and researched.The main research results of this dissertation are as follows:1) The resources are classified according to the trait of resource in regional networked manufacturing, and a three-layered BTCQS description model is presented according to the require of resource management and optimal configuration. The attributes of manufacturing resource are classified reasonably in the resource model, and the resource model includes all of needing attributes but no redundancies and confusion. Moreover, it describes the resources in regional networked manufacturing system clearly, and it lays the foundation for the three-layered management of resources and optimal configuration.2) On the study foundation of our research group, according to the advantage of web service technology, a solution of three-layered management of resources based on the general platform/key city platform / enterprise
