【摘要】 本文在对企业信息化、尤其是企业信息化的评价与测度理论进行综合分析的基础上,通过企业信息化与企业发展的相关性分析以及为企业带来的竞争优势的分析,结合企业能力理论,创造性地提出企业信息能力、信息价值链、信息化企业三个全新的概念,并对它们进行了全方位剖析和深度研究。首先,分析了企业信息能力的内涵、性质、形成机制、维度、结构、功能与作用。其次,研究了企业信息能力价值的涵义,并建立了经济学模型;从价值链理论和企业流程理论的角度分析了信息价值及其增值机制、信息技术与企业价值增值;进而研究了信息价值链模型及其增值机制和策略;研究了企业信息能力的价值形成的机理,并从经济学角度进行了分析。第三,在确定企业信息能力评价方法和系统框架的基础上,构建了企业信息能力的评价指标体系和制造业企业信息能力的评价指标体系,进而研究建立了评价模型及其具体测度过程。第四,在对企业信息能力再认识的基础上,应用平衡计分卡和价值链理论建立了企业信息能力的培育模型,并从学习型组织培育、企业文化建设、组织结构重组、企业流程优化、系统集成五个方面进行了详细的分析。第五,根据前面的研究结果,描绘企业信息化发展的目标——信息化企业,并对其内涵、外延、特征、结构、运行模式、运行机制进行了系统的研究。最后,对全文的研究成果进行归纳、总结,同时对论文研究方向未来的发展前景和研究的内容进行了展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 Enterprise informatization is a process that makes use of modern information technology, network technology,automatization technology and communication technology to build a network information platform, applies modern information technology in the steps of manufacture, management, innovation, circulation and service to realize enterprise logistics, capital flow, information flow, job flow’s networking and informatization management. To be brief, enterprise informatization is a process that through applying information resources and technology into fields of manufacture, management and innovation to enhance the enterprise’competitiveness and realize enterprise’strategic objectives.Based on a mature understanding of enterprise informatization, the author considers the reason why the enterprise informatization has functions and effect so you say the instinct ability is produced from the enterprise informatization. As a result, the author innovatively put forward the concept of enterprise’s information capacity, and centered on this concept to decompound aspects of enterprise information capacity value, enterprise competency evaluation, enterprise information competency cultivation, and makes a thorough study on these aspects.Firstly, the paper puts forward the concept of enterprise information competency: enterprise information competency is the competency that gains and applies the information resources and technology to steps of enterprise manufacture, management, circulation and service to realize the informatization of enterprise process, to enhance the organization ability, social ability, technology ability, distribution ability and management ability,to更多还原
