【摘要】 循环经济是实现社会、经济与自然生态环境和谐相处、可持续发展的一种全新发展模式。循环经济理论作为一种新兴理论，正处在逐步发展和完善阶段，因此，无论是理论上还是实践中，都存在着很多有待进一步研究和解决的问题。本文以企业集群为研究对象，以循环经济理论和思想为指导，重点探讨如何在企业集群这一层面发展循环经济即企业集群生态化问题。 本文以循环经济理论和企业集群理论为理论基础，综合运用网络组织理论、生态学理论、系统动力学理论、耗散结构理论、协同学理论以及博弈论，对现有的循环经济理论和企业集群理论作了适当的补充和发展，探讨了企业集群内部生态关系、企业集群生态化发展的动力机制、企业集群系统生态化运行的敏感性因素，进而从企业集群生态化发展的条件和关键因素两个方面提出了促进企业集群生态化发展的对策建议。最后以贵港制糖企业集群为例，对企业集群生态化发展作了实证分析。本文共分为七章，其中第一章为绪论，第七章为研究结论与展望。主体部分具体结构安排如下： 第二章：企业集群生态化研究的理论基础。这一章主要论述本文研究得以展开的两大理论基石：循环经济理论与企业集群理论，并对相关概念进行分析和界定。本章首先论述现有循环经济与企业集群基本理论，在此基础上构建循环经济理论模型和企业集群技术创新模型。模型研究的基本结论将为后续研究奠定理论基础。此外，对企业集群、企业集群生态化及其研究内容等进行了界定和分析。 第三章：企业集群生态化发展动力机制分析。本章首先运用生态学和系统科学的有关理论、方法探讨企业集群内部生态关系及其生态化发展的动力。其次借鉴生物生态位理论提出企业生态位概念以及测度指标，并在此基础上提出有利于企业集群生态化发展的生态位战略。最后，在企业集群生态化发展动力以及企业生态位分析的基础上，进一步研究企业集群生态化发展的协同进化的动力机制。 第四章：企业集群系统生态化运行系统分析。本章旨在分析影响企业集群系统生态化运行的敏感性因素，从而为企业集群生态化发展对策的提出提供理论依据和导向。首先对企业集群系统概念加以界定；其次对企业集群系统的结构与功能进行论述，并以循环经济思想为指导，提出促进企业集群生态化发展的功能模式；最后，以系统动力学为基础，利用Vensim软件构建企业集群系统生态化动力学模型(EDMECS)，并通过模型的仿真模拟分析探寻影响企业集群系统生态化运行的敏感性因素。 第五章：企业集群生态化发展对策。本章是在前面研究工作的基础上，从企业集群生更多还原

【Abstract】 Circular economy is a new mode for society, economy and environment to realize harmonious and sustainable development. As a rising theory, circular economy is at developing and perfecting stage at present. Therefore, there are many problems to be resolved both in the areas of theory and practice. Under the direction of the theories and ideas of circular economy, the paper discusses how to develop circular economy on the level of enterprise cluster: the ecologicalization of enterprise cluster, using enterprise cluster as its research object.Based on the theories of circular economy and enterprise cluster, the paper expands existing theories, meanwhile, analyzes the inner ecological relationship of enterprise cluster, dynamic mechanism of ecological development of enterprise cluster, sensitive factors of ecological operation of enterprise cluster system, accordingly put forward some suggestions for ecological development of enterprise cluster from the point of view of development conditions and key factors of the ecologicalization of enterprise cluster, synthetically using network organization theories, ecology theories, system dynamics theories, dissipative structure theories, synergetics theories and game theories. Finally, an empirical analysis is given, using sugar enterprise cluster in Guigang as example. The paper includes seven chapters, in which the first chapter is introduction; the last one is conclusions and prospect. The specific structures of the main body will be briefly introduced as follow.The second chapter: theoretic foundations of research on the ecologicalization of enterprise cluster. The chapter will discuss two foundations of the whole study: theories of circular economy and enterprise cluster, meanwhile some relevant conceptions will be defined. Based on the introductions of existing circular economy theories and enterprise cluster theories, the paper establishes the theoretic model of circular economy and technological innovation model of enterprise cluster, which will become the foundations of following study.
