【摘要】 中国传统家具在明清时期发展到了顶峰,明清家具上绚丽多彩的雕刻装饰图案,酐显着丰富的民族文化内涵,是现代家具吸收借鉴的源泉。本文通过对明清家具雕刻装饰图案的收集与分类整理,建立图案数据库,定量化分析图案题材与雕刻装饰部位之间的关系;在此基础上,对雕刻装饰图案进行现代应用的提炼研究,以使其符合现代市场需求,并能用现代工艺手段来生产,以更好地用于现代中式家具的开发。本研究在整体架构上主要采用定性归纳的研究方法,并根据具体研究内容的不同,分别采用不同的方法。在图案采集与图库建立部分,主要采用了文献资料查阅、实地观察与调查等方法;在图库归类与分析部分,主要采用了归纳法、对比分析和方差分析等方法;在图案提炼研究与现代工艺探讨部分,主要采用了案例分析、访谈和成本分析等方法。本研究的主要成果体现在以下三个方面:(1)建立了明清家具雕刻装饰图案数据库,并通过方差分析、对比分析等手段,对明清家具在雕刻装饰图案题材的使用上以及雕刻装饰部位上的变化规律及其特征进行了较系统的分析总结,得到了相应的结论,为现代中式家具进一步开发应用这些图案提供了参考。另外,对库中的图案进行了线描处理,能被精雕软件所识别,从而为数控雕刻提供了很好的素材库。(2)在着重分析现代中式家具雕刻装饰图案应用规律的基础上,提出了明清家具雕刻装饰图案现代应用提炼的五个原则。它们分别是直接引用、简化提炼、抽象提炼、夸张提炼以及分解与重组提炼的原则。并结合实例分析了这些原则的具体应用,为明清家具雕刻装饰图案的现代应用提供了理论上的参考和指导。(3)在对当前工厂雕刻工艺改进分析的基础上,重点就精雕工艺生产图案的技术与经济可行性进行了实证分析。工厂调查与试验数据分析表明,现有工艺有很大的改进空间;但在技术上,完全可用塑料成型装饰、实木压花制作、激光雕刻以及数控雕刻等现代工艺来代替传统工艺;而且,在成本上是经济的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ming & Qing Furniture possesses the most distinguishable status in the history of Chinese traditional furniture development. Their elegant ornaments which embodied the rich Chinese cultural connotation are very important sources to be absorbed by modern Chinese furniture. We had collected large numbers of ornaments which were carved on Ming & Qing Furniture to establish an ornaments database. Then we sorted and epurated these ornaments in order to satisfy the requirement of Chinese modern furniture manufacture.In this paper, qualitative induction methodology was the main research method. At the same time, according to variety of research contents, we adopted various methods. We collected the ornaments by searched literatures, visited traditional furniture museum. We adopted induce, comparison analysis and ANOV to sorted and analyzed the ornaments. As to ornaments epurated and ornaments carved technique in furniture manufacturers, we toke case-study and cost-analysis as the method.The main results are as followings:A. Have set up a database for the ornaments which were carved on Ming & Qing Furniture. By comparison analysis and ANOV, we analyzed the characteristic of various ornaments sorts and captured the relationship between ornament sorts and carved positions. All the ornaments were redrawn by pencil which can be directly identified by digital carving machine.B. After studying on the situations that carved ornaments are applied on modern Chinese furniture, author brings forward five principles on how to epurate the ornaments to satisfy the requirement of modern Chinese furniture manufacturing.
