【摘要】 企业竞争力评价研究是管理学研究领域的一个重要课题。近年来，国内外有关研究机构及学者从不同的角度对企业竞争力评价问题开展了一些有益的探索与研究工作，对指导企业培育与提升竞争力起到了一定促进作用。但现有研究主要以“线性经济”、企业利润最大化和“红海战略”为前提，很少有专门的著作或论文从循环经济、企业社会责任和“蓝海战略”的角度研究企业竞争力评价问题。为了引导企业转变经济增长方式，发展循环经济，建设节约型、创新型企业，实现竞争力来源的转变；也为弥补现有研究的缺憾，论文选择这一角度进行认真研究，试图在已有理论成果和相关研究基础上丰富企业竞争力评价理论与方法，以促进企业竞争力的培育和提高。 论文研究过程中，综合运用文献研究法、因素分析法、比较分析法，借助于高等数学方法和计算机手段，定量分析与定性分析相结合，系统分析与辩证分析相结合。遵循从竞争力理论到评价指标体系和评价方法再到实证分析的逻辑体系，基于新的研究视角，提出并建立了更为完善的企业竞争力评价理论体系框架并进行了实证研究。 论文对国内外企业竞争力评价的相关文献资料进行了较全面、深入与系统的研究，对相关内容进行了梳理。在总结国内外专家学者观点的基础上，提出了基于循环经济的企业竞争力的内涵，明晰了企业竞争力的相关概念。通过理论研究和实证研究，分析、识别、概括出企业竞争力的构成要素包括资源要素、技术要素、管理要素、经营要素、环境要素和责任要素六个方面，综合形成一个动态系统。在企业竞争力构成要素识别的基础上，从循环经济和企业社会责任等维度来分析和构建评价指标体系框架；运用专家调查和统计分析方法选取评价指标，科学构建了基于循环经济的企业竞争力评价指标体系；并对企业竞争力综合评价方法进行了研究。 在理论研究的基础上，结合我国造纸行业X企业集团的实际资料，运用Delphi—GAHP—FCE方法进行了实证分析，以验证理论评价框架体系的科学性与可行性。最后，论文从发展循环经济，运用蓝海战略思维，建设创新型企业，落实科学发展观和科技、政策与制度环境等方面，创新性地提出了培育与提升企业竞争力策略的主要内容。更多还原

【Abstract】 The evaluation research of enterprise competitiveness is an important issue in management science. The existing researches mainly has taken "the Linear Economy ", the maximization of enterprise profit, and " the Red Sea strategy " as the premise, but limited work probes into the evaluation of the enterprises competitiveness from the aspects of circulative economy, enterprise social responsibility and "blue sea strategy". In order to guide the enterprise to change economic growth way, to develop circle economy, to construct economical and innovative enterprises, to change the sources of competitive ability and to make up the deficiency of existing research, this dissertation developed some novel methodologies to enrich the existing and the previous theoretical achievements so as to promote cultivation and enhancement of enterprises competitiveness.In the research process, many methods are adopted comprehensively such as documents research method, factor analytic method, comparative analytic method with aids of higher Mathematics method and computer application, with synthesis of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, systematical analysis and dialectical analysis. It follows the logical system from competitiveness theory, evaluative index system, and assessment method to practical analysis. From a new perspective, the dissertation establishes a comparatively perfect theoretical system frame for enterprises competitiveness and conducts some practical research.This dissertation carries on a comparatively profound and systematical research into the current evaluation of enterprises competitiveness, and proposes the connotation of enterprises competitiveness based on circular economy and clarifies concerned concepts. Through fundamental research and practical research this dissertation analyzes, recognizes and summarizes six elements in enterprise competition including resources, technology, management, administration, environment and responsibility which work together to form a dynamic system. On basis of recognition of enterprise competition constitutive elements, the dissertation analyzes and constructs the evaluation frame system from the dimension of and enterprise social responsibility. The dissertation chooses evaluation index by using expert investigation and statistical analysis method, and constructs the evaluation index system scientifically based on circle economy, and probes into the comprehensive evaluation methods in assessing enterprises competitiveness .更多还原
