引信环境分析、测试与迫弹引信安全系统设计研究

【摘要】 引信安全性一直是引信设计、生产与使用过程中的关键性能之一。本文结合引信安全系统的发展现状及需求开展研究。进行了引信环境的分类与综合分析,引信环境信息的特征分析,提出了引信安全系统设计中对环境信息的选用方法。在环境测试方面开展了引信外弹道环境、出炮口环境的敏感理论与测试方法研究。最后构建了引信机电式安全系统的系统框架,并结合迫击炮弹引信开展了机电式安全系统的设计。 引信环境的综合分析着重从对引信安全状态的影响入手,提出了引信安全系统的三种状态以及环境与引信安全状态转变之间的关系,从而定义了两类引信环境:S环境和Q环境。并对引信寿命周期内的勤务处理与使用环境及其特征进行了分析。 从提高引信安全性的角度提出了完备引信安全系统的概念,并提出引信安全系统环境是影响安全系统状态的外在、内在因素的总和。引信环境信息的特征及其相互间的关系是影响引信安全系统安全性能的主要因素,研究中定义并分析了环境信息的一系列特征:可测性/可表征性、时间/空间特性、能量强度/能量密度特性、频率/周期特性和互质性等,根据环境信息特征提出了引信安全系统设计中对环境的选用方法。提出了故障保险的设计原理及实现方式。 对环境的测试是利用环境的前提,文章开展了引信外弹道环境参数敏感理论与测试试验研究,重点针对引信飞行外弹道段的空气压力、温度、旋转等参数进行了分析,设计了用于引信环境参数敏感的方案及弹载存储测试系统,针对选定的敏感参数进行了静态风洞吹风与动态射击测试试验,获得了弹道飞行中的压力、温度、旋转等环境数据。 定义了出炮口环境并建立了基于磁探测的炮口环境测试理论,开展了引信出炮口环境的测试方法研究,设计了可进行引信出炮口环境敏感的测试系统并开展了试验研究。提出了利用出炮口信息作为引信安全系统工作第二环境的方法并进行了抗干扰设计。 文章最后作为应用给出了迫击炮弹引信机电式安全系统的构成框架,开展了迫击炮弹引信机电式安全系统的系统设计、电路设计和电源设计。

【Abstract】 Fuze safety is always one of the key characters of fuzes during its design, manufacture and use phases. For the fuze safety system status and its development requirements, this dissertation gives the analyses of the fuze environments, the characters of the fuze environments information, the selection methods of environments for fuzes design. The representative exterior trajectory environments and out-bore environment are presented and investigated, the correlative tests have been done. The frame of electro-mechanical safety and arming device (S&A) is established, and the electro-mechanical S&A for the mortar shell fuze is designed at the end of the paper.The analysis of the fuze environments is according to its affecting on the situations of fuze. Three kinds of situations of fuze are given and the relationship between the environments and the conversion of fuze S&A situations are put forward, and two kinds of environments are defined: S environment and Q environment. These environments and their characters during the fuze be dealed with, be loaded and in used are analyzed.The concept of maturity safety system is bring forward for high safety of fuzes, and fuze environment is expended to the inner and outer factors which affecting fuze safety situation. The characters of fuze environments information and the relationships between them are the main factors which affect the safety performance of fuzes. In this dissertation several characters of environments are discussed: measurability/ represent ability, time/ space character, energy intensity/ energy density character, frequency/ period character and differentia between them. Following the discussion the methods of environments selection for fuze safety system design are given. The principles of fault-safety and its design for fuze safety system are presented and discussed.The test of the environments is the precondition of using them. The sense and measurement theory and methods for the exterior trajectory environment parameters of fuze are researched. The research is emphasis on the pressure, temperature and rotation parameters during the fuze flight. The sense
