轴类件的柔性辊轧成形理论及工艺研究

【摘要】 轴类锻件在工业生产中有着广泛的应用,随着产品向多品种、小批量的方向发展,轴类锻件的柔性快捷生产越来越受到重视。本文的研究工作与国家自然科学基金《轴类件的柔性辊轧机理及模拟研究》项目相结合,对轴类件的柔性辊轧成形理论和工艺进行了深入系统的研究。 在理论分析的基础上,提出了柔性辊轧工艺的基本参数,从运动学角度,分析了轧轮和工件之间的运动关系,工艺参数与成形之间的关系,分析了轧件的旋转条件及旋转条件和各工艺参数之间的关系,得到了工件与轧轮接触面的数学农达式,这些分析结果,对于认识辊轧工艺提供了理论上的支持。 采用DEFORM-3D商用有限元模拟软件,对柔性辊轧变形进行了三维模拟分析,得到了轧件在成形过程中材料的流动规律,全场应力应变信息,温度场的分布规律,力能参数等:对大量的模拟算例的结果分析,得到了成形规律与工艺参数之间的关系;对轧件中心材料的受力状态进行了分析,得到了中心材料的损伤变量的分布规律,损伤量的变化与试验结果具有良好的一致性,加深了中心材料损伤机理的认识。这些结果对于设计制造实验用成形设备提供了基础数据。 在数值模拟结果的基础上,设计制造了可满足工艺要求的试验装置,对不同的材料进行了热轧和室温下轧制实验,得到不同工艺参数下的轧制样件,实验结果与模拟结果相互验证。采用电测法对轧制力能参数进行了测试,与理论计算结果一致性较好,参数测试得到的结果对于实际应用轧机的开发和设计提供了理论基础。

【Abstract】 Step Shaft Forgings are widely used in industrial practice. With the development trend of versatility and small mass production, the flexile rolling for shaft forgings is very importunate. This paper presents the process of flexile rolling for shaft forging and studies its theory and process, supported with National Natural Science Foundation of China.With theoretical and kinematical analysis, main process parameters, movement relationships between rollers and workpiece have been proposed. The rotary condition of workpiece has been presented and the relationship between the rotary condition of workpiece and process parameters are obtained. Mathematic expression of the contact surface between roller and workpiece are also obtained. Those results are helpful for understanding for this process.The deformation of process has been simulated with DEFORM-3D FEM software. The material flowing law, strain and stress distribution, temperature field, deformation load have been studied. The central material damage distribution is obtained based on the analysis of central stress field, and the result is consistent with the experiment. The simulation results are foundation of the rolling machine design.The experimental rolling machine had been designed and manufactured. The rolling samples are obtained by rolling experiment with different material. The load are tested with electrical test method and compared with theoretical calculation. Those results are helpful for the design and development of rolling machine.
