基于SOPC的平板显示技术中几个关键问题的研究

【摘要】 本文探讨了片上可编程系统(SOPC)在平板显示中应用的几个关键问题。主要包括SDR SDRAM存储控制器的组织及设计,双体查找表方法在Gamma校正中的应用等。同时,对片上可编程系统(SOPC)在平板显示中的应用,本文也进行了探索。全文共分为六个章节。第一章介绍了论文的研究背景以及SOPC在平板显示技术中应用的意义,概括地说明论文的研究方法及其组织结构,确立了本文的研究方向和研究内容。第二章主要介绍了平板显示驱动技术的基本原理。对FPGA的基本结构以及基于FPGA的时序设计,本文也进行了简要介绍。在第一章和第二章的基础上,第三章研究了双体查找表以及多体查找表方法在FPGA上的实现,以及双体/多体查找表方法在Gamma校正中的应用。采用双体/多体查找表方法,能够有效地减少对FPGA上宝贵的存储器资源的占用,提高资源利用率。第四章研究了基于SDR SDRAM的平板显示技术的存储器组织以及SDR SDRAM控制器在FPGA上的设计、测试及实现。主要解决了如何高速而又高效地在FPGA中实现SDR SDRAM控制器的问题。第五章介绍了片上可编程系统(SOPC)以及用户逻辑接口在片上可编程系统上的实现。并对片上可编程系统在平板显示中的应用进行了初步的研究。第六章对本论文的研究进行了总结,并对后续工作进行了展望。

【Abstract】 In this dissertation, several key problems about the application of SOPC in flat panel display are researched. These problems include the orgnazation and design of SDR SDRAM controller, the application of bi-partite/multi-partite method in Gamma correction. And, the application of SOPC in flat panel display.This dissertation includes six chapters. In chapter one, Research background and the meanings to applicate SOPC in flat panel display are introduced, the research contents, research method and the construction of this dissertation are generalized.In chapter two, the basic knowledge related to panel display driving technology is introduced. The structure of FPGA and the analyzing of logic timing sequence on FPGA are introduced either.On the foundation of chapter 1 and chapter 2, chapter 3 studies the bi-partite/multi-partite methods based on FPGA and theirs application on Gamma correction of flat panel display. By the usage of these methods, a lot of memory resource on FPGA can be saved.In charpter four, memory orgnazation of flat panel display based on SDR SDRAM and the design, test, and realization of SDR SDRAM controller on FPGA are researched. This controller can work in FPGA with high speed and high efficiency.In chapter five, the SOPC system and customized logic interface are researched in detail. The application of SOPC on flat panel display is introduced briefly.In chapter six, a summary of this dissertation and an outlook of future works are given.
