有助于产品创新的概念设计理论与方法的研究

【摘要】 在综合分析了概念设计研究的历史和现状后,针对当前计算机辅助概念设计研究中存在的一些主要问题,为建立计算机辅助产品概念设计的新理论和方法,进行了一些有益的尝试,主要研究进展体现在以下四个方面: 一、有助于产品创新的功能空间拓展设计研究 建立了功能和效应特征模型,提出了基于目的功能变异和效应物理量推理的功能空间拓展策略,在此基础上构筑了一种由基体功能层、变体功能层、效应层和物理量层构成的四层次、三阶段功能空间拓展进程模式。以两栖车辆减阻装置和物料分离装置的功能拓展设计为例进行验证,产生了具有采用价值的产品创新概念。 二、有助于知识重用的原理解知识组织方法及产品原理方案设计研究 在阐述了原理解知识库的结构模型和原理解知识表达模型的基础上,构造了原理解知识组织模型,提出了以功能矩阵为特征的产品原理方案求解模型,阐述了利用功能匹配、原理解约束匹配的原理方案递进式求解机制,并利用基于特征的设计目录的知识表达模型动态生成功能结构。最后以两栖车辆减阻装置、自行车制动装置的原理方案设计为例进行验证。 三、分布式知识资源环境下的产品概念设计研究 提出了基于功能矩阵的虚拟原理解知识资源库,建立了用于功能和原理设计的混合知识资源库,构建了分布式原理解知识资源的集成框架。阐述了基于混合知识资源库的知识注册、发布、存储、重组、定位和求解策略,建立了基于XML的原理解数据交换模式,提出了基于设计任务的概念设计动态知识联盟及相应的构建策略。依据上述模型,以两栖车辆减阻装置的概念设计为例,初步实现了分布式知识资源在以项目为中心的概念设计中的重组和共享,产生了有跟踪价值的原理创新方案。 四、计算机辅助概念设计系统的研制及其在两栖车辆减阻装置设计中的应用

【Abstract】 After a systematic analysis of the state-of-the-art of research on conceptual design, a conceptual design methodology for product innovation is originally put forward for computer-aided conceptual design (CACD) of technical artifacts, aiming at solving some crucial issues in this research area. The primary contributions are as follows.First, research on functional space expansion process for product innovation. A generic functional model and an effect model based on feature are proposed. The functional space expansion strategy based on derivate of original aim function and reasoning based on physical quantities of effect are also put forward. A process of functional space expansion with three phases is then discussed in detail, which includes four layers: original function layer, derivative function layer, effect layer and physical quantity layer. A computer aided functional design software platform is then developed. The functional design of new devices for decreasing resistance of amphibious vehicle and new devices for separating material is given as an example, which demonstrates that the methodology is obviously helpful to produce valuable concepts for product innovation.Secondly, research on knowledge organization method of principle solution for knowledge reuse and principle conceptual design for product innovation. After the construction model of principle solution repository and the representation of principle solution are proposed, the organization model of principle solution is then built up. The sovling process model of product priciple conceptual design based on function matrix is then presented, which involves three processes: function matching, principle solution restriction matching and function structure generating dynamicly based on design catalogs. The principle conceptual design of new devices for decreasing resistance of amphibious vehicle and new brakes of a bicycle is given as an example, which demonstrates that the methodology is obviously helpful to produce valuable concepts for product innovation.Thirdly, research on the share strategies and use methods of distributed conceptual
