液压支架控制系统大流量阀与移架速度定量化研究

【摘要】 本文对目前液压支架技术领域十分关注的大流量阀和移架速度定量化两个问题进行了深入细致地研究.其中大流量阀是以TMFH 500换向阀、TMFDY320液控单向阀和TMFA7X400安全阀的设计开发过程为例,从结构设计、关键部位及零件计算、流体动力学分析、减少压力冲击方法和试验方法等方面进行研究,提出了新的设计思路和设计方法,详细论述了液压支架大流量阀研制开发技术。尤其是采用流体动力学分析方法对支架大流量阀进行流场分析,全面研究了大流量阀工作时流道内流体的压力、流速矢量的变化,验证大流量阀的结构设计是否科学合理。采用这种方法在设计新阀时可以优化结构,缩短设计周期。 本文将支架的移架速度分为静态移架速度和动态移架速度两种,根据其不同的工作方式和影响因素来进行研究。其中静态移架速度是试验室一定条件下的支架移架速度,其计算首先对支架液压系统及其元件的压力——流量特性进行了分析,通过实验获取液压元件压力损失系数,利用各元件压力损失在系统中的分布情况,给出了详细计算方法,并进行了试验验证,试验结果与计算结果吻合。动态移架速度是工作面支架的移架速度,其计算首先建立液压系统的功率键合图,根据键合图给出液压系统状态方程,然后进行计算机仿真计算。试验表明,本文指出的计算方法科学合理,较好地解决了液压支架移架速度定量化计算问题。

【Abstract】 The large flow rate valve of powered support and quantitative advancing velocity, which are really concerned in the powered support technical field, were deeply researched in the paper.. As for the large flow rate valve, taking the designing of TMFH 500 directional control valve, TMFDY320 hydraulic control single valve and TMFA7X400 safety valve for instance, the paper proposes new designing ideas and methods and describes the R&D of large flow rate valve in the respects of structure design, key parts calculation, computational fluid dynamics analysis, methods of reducing pressure impact and experimental ways. Especially, to do the flow field analysis for large flow rate valve by adopting the advanced computational fluid dynamics analysis software and monitor pipe’s pressure and flow velocity change in the operating course of large flow rate valve, so as to optimize the structure of the new valve and shorten the design period with more rational design of large flow rate valve.According to the different operation way and influence factors, the paper sorts the advancing velocity of powered support into two categories, one is static advancing velocity and another is dynamic advancing velocity.
