露天矿矿用汽车自驱动整车提升运输系统研究

【摘要】 针对我国深凹露天铁矿开采现状及运输系统存在的主要问题,对其深部高效运输系统的关键技术之一“露天矿矿用汽车自驱动整车提升运输系统”进行了系统分析与研究,认为提高深凹露天矿运输效率的途径之一是改变运输系统的提升方式。 通过对有代表性的外部驱动力卷扬整车提升运输系统、汽车自驱动+卷扬整车提升运输系统、汽车自驱动整车提升运输系统的构造、原理及适用性的分析,认为在不配置外部卷扬提升机的条件下,以被提升汽车的驱动力为提升动力,建立汽车自驱动整车提升运输系统最合理。并首次提出新的构思方案——汽车驱动轮连接爬坡齿轮整车提升运输系统。 从技术和市场运营的观点分析,该系统最大的优点是只利用汽车自身的驱动力,将重载汽车从采场底部沿斜坡提升线路提升至地表,而无需辅助动力。其特点是①汽车斜坡提升线路可随采场的降深及时下延,汽车运输距离成倍缩短,并在整个开采期内基本保持一致;②有利于实施移动坑线开拓、陡帮开采,减少境界内总剥岩量;③取消联合运输系统采场内的转载,大幅度节约基建费用;④现有技术能够保证该系统的制造和施工。 本着技术可行,安全可靠,经济合理的原则,在定性与定量分析的基础上,认为汽车驱动轮连接爬坡齿轮整车提升运输系统技术可行,系统安全可靠。 基于投资及运输成本分析,探讨了应用汽车驱动轮连接爬坡齿轮整车提升运输系统基础方案的适用条件及经济合理性。认为自驱动整车提升运输方案比常规汽车运输方案投资省、运输费用低,且整车提升运输方案技术先进,经济环保。对提高国内深凹露天矿经济效益,延长露天矿开采服务年限,具有广泛的应用价值。

【Abstract】 In order to tackle the key problems in present mining condition and transportation system in domestic deep open pit mines, study on the whole lift transportation system of self-driving motorlorry in deep open pit mines, which is key technology in highly efficient and deep transportation system, is made systematically. Through systematic analysis, it is concluded that one way to improve deep open pit mines transportation efficiency is to modify the lifting manner of the transportation system.By analyzing the structure, principle and applicability of the typical external driven wind whole motorlorry lift transportation system, self-driven automotive and wind whole motorlorry lift transportation system and self-driven automotive whole motorlorry lift transportation system, it is concluded that under such condition as there is no external wind lift, it is the wisest to establish self-driven automotive whole motorlorry lift transportation system, with the driving force of the lifted automobile as the lifting force. In addition, a new idea is proposed: automotive driving wheel connecting climbing gear whole gear whole motorlorry lift transportation system.From the perspective of technology and marketing management, the most outstanding advantage of the system is that it uses merely the driving force of the automobile itself to lift the heavy automobiles from minebottom up to the surface along slope lifting paths, rather than using auxiliary power. Its features are as follows: 1. slope lifting paths extend accordingly with the deepening mining field; and transportation distance shortens lineally, and they remain the same during the entire mining period. 2. it helps to develop new mobile mine paths, mine slope side, and reduce the total amount of rock peeling within field.3. it helps to leave out the transition in the joint transportation system in the mining field, thus reduces the cost of construction to a large degree. 4. last but not the least, the current technology can insure the manufacturing and carry-out of the system.Based on the principle of applicable technology, reliability and safety and sensible economic consideration, and by means of qualitative and quantitative analysis, it is believed automotive driving wheel connecting climbing gear whole motorlorry lift transportation system is technologically applicable and the system is safe and sound.In the sense of investment and transportation cost, the applicability and economic sensibility of the basic plot of automotive driving wheel connecting climbing gear whole motorlorry lift transportation system has been investigated. It is believed that the self-driven whole motorlorry lift transportation system costs less in investment and transportation than regular automobile transportation systems, and that it enjoys advanced technology, saves money and protects the environment. The system increases profit for domestic deep pit open mines, extends their life span and has a good reason to be widely used.
