【摘要】 技术是人类发生及其主体性获得的前提，也是人类主体性获得发展的基础。只要人类存在和发展，就离不开技术，当然也离不开指导人类技术实践活动的人的技术理性。即使人类不合理技术实践活动所带来的负主体性效应的消解，最终也要依靠技术和技术理性的发展来解决。 科学理性与技术理性分别是科学哲学与技术哲学研究的核心内容。然而不同的是，哲学家们对科学理性的认识论研究已经奠定了其在科学哲学中的核心地位，而技术理性的认识论研究却仅仅处于起步阶段。我们所见到的关于技术理性的哲学研究，大都是人文主义技术哲学家从批判的视角展开的，这无疑造成了技术理性研究出现批判有余而建构不足的事实，导致技术哲学研究中出现“内核”不硬的现象。尽管近年来国内外的许多技术哲学家都提倡技术认识论的研究，出现了技术哲学研究的认识论转向，但技术认识论的研究仍未取得实质性的进展，还没有令人信服的、经典性的著作出现。我们认为，对技术理性进行认识论研究，从某种意义上说就是技术认识论研究本身。本文以马克思实践唯物主义认识论和现代哲学发展的优秀成果为理论基础，对技术理性进行认识论研究，目的是建构科学合理形态的技术理性，以其推动技术哲学和技术认识论的研究和发展。 技术存在于人的技术活动之中，不存在离开人的技术活动而抽象存在的技术。人的技术活动既有人类实际的改造自然、创造人工自然的实践活动，也有人类对自身如何改造自然、创造人工自然进行观念把握的精神活动。技术理性就是人的技术活动过程中的精神活动。对技术理性进行认识论研究既是对技术活动本身的研究，也是在技术活动中反思理性问题。人的技术实践活动从来都是理性的活动，理性是技术实践的重要特征。不存在离开技术理性的技术实践，也不存在离开技术实践的技术理性。只有在技术理性与技术实践的动态关系中，才能科学地揭示技术理性的深刻哲学意蕴。本文以人类的理论理性与实践理性的二元划分为前提，提出技术理更多还原

【Abstract】 Technology is the premise for mankind to come into being and to obtain its subjectivity as well as the foundation of the development of the subjectivity. As long as it exists and develops, mankind cannot do without technology, nor can it do without technological rationality, which instructs the human technological practices and activities. Even the solution to effect of negative subjectivity, brought about by inappropriate human technological practices and activities, will eventually rely on the development of technology and technological rationality.Scientific rationality and technological rationality are respectively the core contents of philosophy of science and philosophy of technology. What is different is that the core status of the epistemological research of scientific rationality in philosophy of science has been laid by philosophers, while the epistemological research of technological rationality has just started from scratch. Most philosophical research on technological rationality that we have read so far was done by humanistic technological philosophers from a critical perspective, which undoubtedly results in the fact that there is over too much criticism yet insufficient construction in the research of technological rationality, which again entails the phenomenon that the "inner core" of the research of technological philosophy is not solid enough. Although numerous national and international technological philosophers have advocated the research of technological epistemology in the recent years so that there is an epistemological turn in the research of technological philosophy, yet the research of technological epistemology does not make更多还原
