电针和促红细胞生成素对实验性癫癎大鼠海马神经发生和凋亡的相关性研究

【摘要】 癫癎是一种反复发作的一组神经元异常放电所致的暂时性中枢神经系统功能失常的慢性疾病,是神经科的常见病,其在人群中的患病率为0.5%-1%。目前,虽然对于癫癎的发病机制和治疗方法取得了一定进展,但仍有近1/3的癫癎患者发展成难治性癫癎。而颞叶癫癎(TLE)是常见的难治性癫癎综合征之一,也是近十多年来有关难治性癫癎研究的热点。其中40%的颞叶癫癎(TLE)患者继发于癫癎持续状态(SE)、中风、脑外伤等导致的中枢神经系统(CNS)损伤,而脑损伤后可引起神经元长期的可塑性改变。终止发作和纠正并清除CNS中业已形成的异常放电的错误行为印迹是癫癎治疗的两大主题,后者是目前研究的难点和重点。既然癫癎的本质是一组神经元异常放电并在脑中扩布的结果,因此不难设想,这种异常放电的错误行为印迹实质上是局部神经元功能和结构长期发生改变的结果。那么利用传统医学的方法来纠正或清除CNS中业已形成的异常放电的错误行为印迹,也就是说干预局部神经元的可塑性变化,以期达到改善或治疗癫癎的目的,是本实验研究的重点。 针灸治疗癫癎历史悠久,简单方便、价格低廉、疗效肯定是针灸治

【Abstract】 Epilepsy is a group of chronic disease characterized by recurrent episodic central nervous system dysfunction caused by abnormal discharge of neurons. It is one of the most common neurological disorders, which affects about 0.5%-1% people worldwide. At present, studies on pathogenesis and treatments of epilepsy made progress, however, approximately one third epileptic patients still develop intractable epilepsy. Temporal lobe epilepsy (TLE) is one of intractable epileptic syndromes and is the focus, of researchers’ attention on intractable epilepsy in the recent more than ten years. 40% of TLE are acquired, meaning that the epileptic condition is acquired through an injury to the centralnervous system ( CNS ) . Neuronal injury such as status epilepticus (SE), stroke, and traumatic brain injury produces long-term plasticity
