【摘要】 高血压是最常见的心血管病，是全球范围内的重大公共卫生问题。长期高血压所造成的心肌左室肥厚(LVH)是心脏事件的独立危险因素。本研究的主要目的是通过观察抗高血压药物，特别是影响肾素-血管紧张素系统(RAS)的ACEI对高血压心肌肥厚的治疗作用，探讨RAS在高血压心脏重塑中的作用。 本研究分为两部分。 第一部分：临床汇总分析 1．研究目的：利用汇总分析(Meta-analysis)的研究方法，观察不同降压药物对高血压伴有左室肥厚患者的逆转作用，尤其对ACEI改善高血压左室肥厚方面是否优于其它药物进行深入探讨。 2．研究方法： 按预先设定的标准，通过互联网和光盘检索，选择国内外所有符合条件的文献数据。 3．统计分析： 将随机对照研究的每一治疗组作为研究对象。计算治疗人数、平均年龄、治疗药物分类、治疗时间、治疗前与治疗后更多还原

【Abstract】 Hypertension, which is a cardiovascular disease with a high prevelance, remains an greater challenge to the health of the people all over the world. As a consequence of long course of hypertension, cardiac remodeling developed, as well as left ventricular hypertrophy, which is a indedpendent risk factor of cardiac events.The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of renin angiotensin system (RAS) on the cardiac remodelling in hypertensives.
