【摘要】 知识经济的出现使组织的生存环境发生了巨大的变革。创新成为经济发展的原动力,知识作为战略性资源在组织资源中居于核心地位,组织竞争向全球化趋势发展。在这个时代背景下,知识管理作为企业竞争优势的重要来源,正在日益成为当代企业管理工作的重心。本文针对知识经济环境下,我国企业组织创新理论与实践研究相对滞后的现状,在对国内外现有相关研究成果分析与评述的基础上,对基于知识管理的组织创新理论与实践进行深入系统的研究。论文以知识管理——组织学习——组织创新为研究主线,在对知识管理、组织学习、组织创新及相关理论进行深入系统研究的基础上,分析了知识管理、组织学习组织创新之间的互动作用机理;建构了知识管理、组织学习、企业组织创新相关性概念模型和结构方程模型,完成了知识管理对企业组织创新作用机理的实证研究;确定了基于知识管理的企业组织创新模式与途径;设计了基于知识管理的企业组织创新绩效评价体系,并采用模糊综合评判法对其进行了实证研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 The organization’s existing environment has changed a lot because of knowledge economy. Innovation becomes the original driving force; knowledge occupies the core position of organizations’resource as strategic resource;the competition of organizations runs to global. In such background,knowledge management as the corporations’competition superiority of the important sources. Knowledge management gradually becomes research focus of the contemporary corporations. As a result of the stagnancy of organization innovation existing in the current theory and practice of our country,and the actual problems on divorce between the organization innovation and the cultivation evolution of core competence. Connect the research production of organization innovation and knowledge management theory. Investigate the process and mechanism of organization innovation and knowledge management’reciprocity. It will have an important significance in theory and practice in breakthrough localization tradition organization theory. And it also works in tradition operation process、organization configuration、organization culture and inspirit mechanism. It can explain the essence of why can’t adapt in knowledge management. Study on enterprise organization innovation based on knowledge management. It will have an important significance in theory and practice. The organization’stratagem、configuration、culture will be operated successfully. How the knowledge management will make the resource conformity. How the knowledge management will advance the organization innovation.
