【摘要】 本文以权力、文化为自变量,以东北亚地区的国际制度/国际合作为因变量,采取现实主义、自由主义和建构主义的理论方法,对东北亚地区的安全合作进行了系统的考察。本文认为,无论是从新现实主义的权力结构出发,还是从建构主义的共有观念或文化出发,东北亚地区都存在实现制度化的地区安全合作的可能和条件。本文的基本研究思路是:首先把东北亚地区的国家假定为理性主义的“经济人”和建构主义的“社会人”,并且认为二者假设存在相容性的一面;同时把东北亚地区的安全领域做传统安全与非传统安全的二元划分。在传统安全领域,根据理性的“经济人”假设,借助博弈论的工具,对后冷战时期东北亚地区不同权力结构情势下的国际制度供给模式和特征进行了具体分析。这是本文从权力出发,建构的“权力——制度合作”的研究路径,体现了传统安全领域的合作模式。在非传统安全领域,由于非传统安全问题固有的属性,使得各国作为“社会人”易于形成一种趋向于合作的共有观念,在共有观念或者文化基础上的制度创新就是本文寻求的“文化——制度合作”的研究路径。最后,本文以朝核危机和六方会谈作为个案,具体分析了类似这样的非传统安全问题所产生的地区集体认同,能否在东北亚地区成功实现制度创新、达成国际合作。更多还原

【Abstract】 As one of the pop issues of Geopolitics, the Northeast Asia, in which the big powers coexist with their secant national interests, is one of the most influential and complicated regions in the world. The security predicament of this region exists over a long period of time and the historical and current conflicts are interwoven. All of these keep the area in a kind of "metastable" condition. At present, the Northeast Asian security cooperation, in particular the multilateral institutional cooperation has not been launched completely. It is difficult to use just one kind of theory model to explain the current difficulties in cooperation and the ways of future cooperation. Therefore, the present dissertation aims to offer a framework of northeast Asian security cooperation by synthesizing Realism, Liberalism and Constructivism..Chapter I. Analytical Approaches: Interpretations of Methodology & Research HypothesesThis chapter is about discrimination of methodology and research supposition. The Northeast Asian security cooperation, in particular the multilateral institutional cooperation has not been launched completely. It is difficult to use just one kind of theory model to explain present difficulties in cooperation and the ways of future cooperation.
