基于XML的制造过程集成框架的研究与实现

【摘要】 面向订单的产品制造过程,需要解决任务、产品信息、制造资源在工艺、数控编程、车间制造执行等环节的协同管理问题;同时技术的发展也对企业集成技术提出了动态联合、易于扩充和变动灵活的要求。论文的主要研究工作正是通过基于XML技术体系的制造过程信息集成、基于Web服务技术的制造过程应用集成和基于制造业务过程管理模型的过程集成等三个技术体系组成制造过程集成管理的综合解决方案,以实现产品制造过程的集成化管理。全文分框架体系、信息集成、应用集成、过程管理四部分展开:第一,研究了制造过程集成框架的业务模型和体系结构。设计了制造过程集成框架的物理结构和实现方案,建立了制造过程集成框架的整体业务模型和信息交互模型;构建了制造过程集成框架的体系架构和技术解决方案。第二,研究并实现了基于XML的制造过程信息集成。建立了基于XML的制造信息集成的实现体系和基于XML的制造信息集成规范的研究体系,分别就产品数据和过程数据两方面提出了相应的解决方案;建立了制定基于XML的制造过程信息集成规范的方法体系,包括定义、制订原则、方案和体系结构等;设计了三种适用于制造过程集成框架的XML传输模式;深入研究了制订基于XML的制造信息集成规范的关键方法与技术;归纳了制订XML集成规范的一般步骤,并将上述理论、方法、技术应用于制造过程信息集成。第三,研究并实现了基于Web服务技术体系的制造过程应用集成。研究了建立、实施基于Web服务技术的制造应用集成总线的方案;深入研究了WSDL的实现方法与Web服务基于WSDL向UDDI注册中心的服务发布和查找方法;设计了基于UDDI进行服务发布、查找和调用的具体方法和步骤;进而构建了制造过程的应用集成方案。第四,研究并建立了制造过程管理与集成的方法体系。建立了制造业务过程管理的模型和体系结构;提出了制造过程项目管理系统的功能体系,及其与工作流管理、产品数据管理的集成方案;设计了制造过程中制造资源的集成服务体系。基于以上信息、应用、过程层面上的理论、方法,较好地实现了制造过程的集成化管理。上述研究成果已应用于国家“十五”863重点课题“基于制造资源优化配置的制造过程管理”(2001AA412020)和课题“面向中小制造企业信息化的集成系统开发与应用”(2003AA414040)的实际开发中,是可重构、开放式的企业应用集成解决方案的重要组成部分。

【Abstract】 It is necessary to achieve the collaborative management of the task, product information,manufacturing resources in each part of order-driven manufacturing process, such as ProcessPlaning, Numerical-Control programming, Manufacturing Execution System, and so on. Atthe same time, it is also necessary for Enterprise Integration to be more dynamical, extensibleand flexible with the development of technology under the networked manufacturingenvironment. Therefore, the general solution of integration and management aboutmanufacturing process is deeply researched into three technology systems, which areinformation integration, application integration and process integration of manufacturingprocess, separately based on Extensible Markup Language(XML), Web Services, and themodel of manufacturing business process management. Accordingly, the thesis is organizedby four parts, including the framework and structure, information integration, applicationintegration, and process integration and management.Firstly, the business model and architecture of manufacturing process are studied. Thepaper proposes the structure and implementation scenario of the manufacturing process, thenpresents the whole business model and information exchange model of it, based on which thearchitecture and technology solution are suggested.Secondly, the information integration of manufacturing process based on XML iscomprehensively studied and realized. The realization systematic frame and the researcharchitecture are summarized, and the solutions are proposed according to the product andprocess data exchange. Then the theory of information integration specification based onXML Schema is proposed, which is composed of the definition, rules, methods andarchitecture. Three transmission patterns are discussed for information integration ofmanufacturing process. The key technologies and steps to set down XML-based integrationspecification are summarized. At last, the theory, methods and technologies explained aboveare applied to information integration of manufacturing process.Thirdly, the application integration based on Web Services is studied. The methods toconstruct the manufacturing application integration bus are explained at first, then therealization methods of Web Service Description Language (WSDL) and the services’publishing and discovering are analysed. Based on the mechanism and step for services’publishing, discovering, and calling by Universal Description, Discovery andIntegration(UDDI), the application integration solution of manufacturing process is putforward.Finally, the theory and methods about the management and integration of manufacturingprocess are surveyed and concluded. The model and architecture of manufacturing businessprocess management are built, then the structure and integration methods with workflowmanagement, product data management, are proposed. The integrated services ofmanufacturing resources are also suggested to optimize the management of process. At last,on the basis of theories, methods, and technologies of information, application, and process,the integrated management of manufacturing process is achieved.The proposed methods and technologies have been applied to the key 863/CIMS projectof “The Manufacturing Process Management System Based on Resource Optimal Allocation”(2001AA412020)and “The Development and Application of integrated system for the smalland medium-sized enterprise ”(2003AA414040) during the 10th Five-Year Plan Period. Theresearch results of this thesis are integrant to a more open and reconfigurable enterpriseapplication integration solution.
