橡胶挤出机智能CAD的技术和方法研究

【摘要】 传统CAD设计正趋向成熟并进一步向集成化、智能化、网络化的现代CAD方向发展。CAD技术的应用普遍呈现出以开发专用软件来寻求更易用、更经济和更高效的重要特点。对于橡胶挤出机设备的设计这一专业领域,目前还处于设计元素选定理论依据少、依赖专家经验性强、单独的个性化个案设计多、设计周期长和烦琐的常规设计。本文所开发橡胶挤出机设计专用的智能CAD系统(IDRE CAD Intelligent Design Of Rubber Extruder CAD)不同于常规的CAD之处是基于信息共享和智能化处理两个方面,对于进一步提高橡胶挤出机产品设计的效率和质量,降低设计成本,积累橡胶挤出机设计智力财富和设计资源共享具有重要的意义。 目前,国内外关于橡胶挤出机智能设计的研究工作还开展得很少,有部分学者针对系统中的部分内容进行过相关的研究。本文研究的内容为橡胶挤出机内核系统级的智能设计CAX系统。基于“世间万物的变化总存在一个各方面利益都获得均衡考虑的最佳方案”的概念。要获得最佳方案不但可以由我们人类根据大脑中的知识和经验选择,同样,也可以让计算机通过不断学习知识来自动调整和提高判断力,同样能寻找出最佳方案,从而实现智能化,这是本文的出发点。具体研究的主要内容如下: ●拓展了智能化应用 本文通过对智能技术中智能神经网络BP算法的改进,将其应用拓宽到橡胶挤出机设计的两个方面:其一为CAD设计过程的智能化(即在CAD中输入一定条件,获得参数化的设计方案和绘图的结果);其二为所设计的生产机械设备也具有智能化功能(能根据实际生产的环境和条件提供最佳工艺和生产自动控制方式)。 ●建立橡胶挤出机全程的统一模型 通过详细分析橡胶挤出机从设计、模拟仿真、修改、制造到工厂生产的完整过程,建立一个具有智能型的虚拟橡胶挤出机对象。其中对于在橡胶挤出机CAD中尚属首次应用到的技术有:现代新型网络协同CAD设计方法;将原来在软件分析和开发中的面向对象思想和UML工具移植和应用到机械设备的分析和设计过程中;根据特征建模的设计方法设计出面向对象以XML格式存贮智能型知识库,改进

【Abstract】 The traditional CAD technology becomes rather matured and is developing towards a modern direction of being further integrative intelligent, and collaborative. Meanwhile, an important characteristic of CAD technology application generally distinguishes as pursuing the goal of easier operation, more economy, and high efficiency through customization development. Presently in the special engineering field, the design of rubber extruder product is complicated, time-consuming, strongly empirical, heavily dependent on the experienced design cases and high economy. IDRE CAD (Intelligent Design Of Rubber Extruder CAD ) in this paper based on information sharing and intelligent processing that are different from the traditional Rubber Extruder CAD. IDRE CAD system has great significance on improving designed efficiency and quality, reducing design cost, accumulation of design experience and designed resource sharing.So far, in international little effort had been input to carry out rubber extruder intelligent design. Only a very few scholars did some relevant work on particular part of intelligent design in rubber extruder system, and still only a very few proposed. Based on the idea "everything has a optimum state in which every aspects are balanced among their variety", the optimum scheme not only can be chosen according to the knowledge and experience in the brain by our mankind. Equally, computer can raise the judgment through study knowledge continuously, the optimum scheme will also be found, thus realize intellectuality. This is the start point of this dissertation. The main content of the dissertation is present as follows:· Extend intelligent application scopeBP algorithm in the intelligent technology, which was improved in this dissertation, then applied in the design of rubber extruder .The algorithm was extended to two directions: First, realizing the intelligent of design process(just input certain terms in CAD, the project selection and result of drawing are intelligent supplied). Second, the mechanical equipments that designed by this technology also have intelligent function(CAD system gives more suitable produce rubber process condition and auto controlled according to actual production condition and environment).· Build integrate model for rubber extruderBased on in-depth survey and design review on rubber extruder’s complete process from design, simulating, edit, manufacture to the product, A virtual integrate model of rubber extruder object was built. Following technology were firstly used in rubber extruder CAD: The modern new-type network is in coordination with CAD design method ; the idea of object oriented, which previously used on software development and analysis, and UML used on the process of analyzing and design of the mechanical
