【摘要】 本文在系统回顾整理古今医家有关糖尿病性冠心病文献资料的基础上,根据导师栗德林教授提出“气阴两虚,瘀阻痰凝”为本病的病机关键,以此为基础确立了“益气养阴,活血化痰”的治疗原则,据此拟定的“芪玄益心胶囊”在长期的临床实践中取得了满意的疗效。为了进一步探讨芪玄益心胶囊治疗糖尿病性冠心病的疗效及作用机理,我们做了系统的动物实验研究。 研究结果表明:（1） 芪玄益心胶囊可以明显降低实验性糖尿病性冠心病大鼠血糖、糖化血清蛋白及血脂水平;可明显改善垂体后叶素造成的心肌缺血损伤,对抗T波的升高,改善心功能,抑制心肌酶的释放;（2） 芪玄益心胶囊能提高糖尿病性冠心病大鼠心肌细胞膜上Na⁺-K⁺-ATP的活性;（3） 芪玄益心胶囊各剂量组均能使缺血心肌HGF-mRNA阳性表达增加;（4） 芪玄益心胶囊起到了钾通道开放剂效应,能够加大K_ATP通道的开放,产生心肌保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on reviewing systematically the literature and data on diabetic coronary heart disease from ancientry to modern times,According to the new pathogenesis of Prof. Lidelin,diabetic coronary heart disease is caused by qi-yin deficiency, blood stasis and phlegm stagnation. The basic therapeutic method was supplementing qi, nourishing yin, activating blood and dissipating phlegm accordingly. Recipe Qixuanyixin had been applied in clinic for a long time and had got satisfied curative effect. In order to reach Qixuanyixin’s curative effect and mechanism,we made systematically reach on ratsThe resultsof study showed:(l) Recipe Qixuanyixin could lower blood-glucose, glycosylated serum protein and blood-fat; it can distinctivly improve myocardial ischemia which made by posterior pitutary injection and cardie function;it can decrease free of myocardial enzyme.;(2) Recipe Qixuanyixin can increase activity of Na~+-K~+-ATPase which in myocardial cell membrane of the model rats;(3) Recipe Qixuanyixin can increase prin positive expression which in myocardial ischemia;(4) Recipe Qixuanyixin can do the same thing as potassium channel openner and can increasely open ATP Sensitive potassium current which can protect myocardium.更多还原
