复杂产品虚拟样机工程信息管理理论及其应用研究

【摘要】 虚拟样机技术对提高产品质量,缩短产品设计及制造周期,降低研制成本,提高企业竞争力有重大意义。但随着先进制造技术的发展,制造系统的规模越来越大,控制系统也越来越复杂,对单纯的某领域或某阶段的虚拟样机技术的研究也自然过渡到对复杂产品虚拟样机工程的研究。信息在整个复杂产品虚拟样机工程中涉及面广、类型多样,它融入了复杂产品虚拟样机全生命周期、全方位和全系统,因此信息管理是整个复杂产品虚拟样机工程的基础,它的有效与否直接影响着复杂产品虚拟样机作用的发挥。 论文结合国防“十五”重点预研项目和航天863/CIMS相关课题,对复杂产品虚拟样机工程信息管理理论及其应用需求进行了系统研究,深入研究了其中的若干关键技术,包括:复杂产品虚拟样机工程信息管理中的现代化管理理念,复杂产品虚拟样机工程中分级、动态与协同的信息访问控制、复杂产品虚拟样机工程中的过程集成、复杂产品虚拟样机信息管理中的优化与决策,设计和实现了复杂产品虚拟样机工程的信息管理平台,并有了初步应用。论文所做的主要工作和研究成果如下: (1) 系统分析和归纳总结了复杂产品虚拟样机工程信息管理系统中的现代化管理理念,包括:全生命周期管理、全系统和全方位管理、并行管理、协同管理、智能化管理以及标准化理念。这些理念将指导整个复杂产品虚拟样机工程信息管理系统的设计、开发和应用实施。 (2) 研究了复杂产品虚拟样机信息管理平台中的访问控制技术,主要包括以下三个方面:首先,为了提高访问控制的灵活性,结合项目管理中的工作分解结构(WBS),提出了基于WBS的RBAC模型,从而引出了被控对象层次性和权限继承性;其次,对权限管理中会话激活角色的分布式协同控制作了研究,提出了基于Petri网的分布式协同控制模型和策略;最后,鉴于复杂产品虚拟样机工程分布式的特点,提出了基于分布式对象技术的分布式权限控制和集成策略。 (3) 在简要分析了复杂产品虚拟样机中信息集成的基础上,针对传统过程集成工作量大、灵活性差的问题,提出了基于过程描述语言这一中间机制的过程集成方法,分析了过程描述语言的原理,详细介绍了复杂产品虚拟样机中过程集成的模型、实施方法以及应用说明。 (4) 对复杂产品虚拟样机工程信息管理系统中的优化、决策和智能化管理技术作了研究,着重在以下三个方面:首先研究了项目管理中进度/成本的优化问题,提出了一种扩充网络计划技术下的基于样本的成本优化模型和方法;其次介

【Abstract】 The technology of Virtual Prototyping is significant for enterprises. It can improve the product quality, shorten the cycle of product design and manufacture, decrease the cost of product thus to improve the competition of the enterprise. The scale of manufacturing system is becoming larger and larger, and the control system is becoming more and more complex along with the development of advanced manufacturing technologies, so the researches on virtual prototyping in single domain or phase is not enough any more, the research on virtual prototype engineering for complex product is necessary now. Information management is the basis of the virtual prototyping engineering for complex product and the performance of information management will affect the performance of virtual prototype directly, because information in virtual prototype engineering for complex product is comprehensive and multiform, which is involved with the full lifecycle, all-around and whole system of virtual prototype for complex product.The paper integrates the context of the National 863/CIMS Program and the tenth five-year projects that national defense grinded in advance, and studies on the information management theory and application requirements of the virtual prototype engineering for complex product systematically, especially on several key techniques: modern information management conceptions; hierarchical, dynamic and coordinate information access control mechanism; process integration; optimization and decision-making of virtual prototyping engineering for complex product. At last, an information management platform of virtual prototype engineering for complex product is designed, implemented and applied. The primary work and remarks of the paper are:(1) The paper carries out a systematic research on modern information management rational conceptions of virtual prototype engineering for complex product. These rational conceptions are: product overall lifecycle management, all-around and whole system management, concurrent management, coordination management, intelligent management and standardization management. All these rational conceptions will guide the development and appliance of the information management system in virtual prototype engineering for complex product.(2) It studies the information access control mechanism in virtual prototype engineering for complex product, which can be divided into three aspects: firstly,
