【摘要】 本文以中医文献为依据,结合现代统计学方法,对古今治疗消渴病(糖尿病)及其4种常见并发症的方药进行了分析研究,总结出其遣药组方及辨证论治的规律。全文共分三部分:第一部分主要从文献整理的角度概述了消渴病(糖尿病)的中西医病名沿革、病因及发病机理、诊断及分型标准、临床治疗进展以及并发症的研究概况;第二部分运用统计学方法,对古今治疗消渴病及其并发症的药物进行了频次分析、聚类分析和主成分分析,以探讨消渴病的遣药组方证治规律;第三部分根据统计分析的结果,提出了消渴病的发病假说、临证思路和用药规律,总结出一系列可供临床借鉴和使用的治疗方药,具有较强的科学性和实用性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the large amount of ancient and recent traditional Chinese medicine documents, an in-depth study was carried out on prescribing rules in the treatment of Diabetes Mellitus through the statistical analysis and induction of prescriptions.The whole thesis include three parts:the first part were systematically summarized the evolution of DM’s name, pathogeny, mechanism of the DM,diagnosis and treatment through docments collection and research; the second part were carried out prescribing structure and herbs rules on the 707 prescriptions of treating DM through established a database and used the statistical analysis methods; in the last part, a new presumption on the mechanism of the causing DM was bringed up. and meanwhile, a treating thinking and medicine regulation were summed up according to the result of statistic. Furthermore,it is provided a series of prescriptions for the clinical doctors.so this is a strong scientific and applied thesis.更多还原
