【摘要】 ⒈广西是我国重要的矿业大省,有丰富的矿产资源和进一步找矿潜力。深入研究广西矿业循环经济发展模式,以加速矿业大省、矿业强省的建设,促进广西经济社会可持续发展。⒉本次研究工作以可持续发展理论为指导,运用矿产资源经济学、工业生态学、现代企业管理学,分析研究了广西矿产资源开发利用现状及前景。研究以大量数据资料为基础,在研究内容上,注重了矿产资源配置组合,相关产业群体组合以及矿产地交通、人文、环境对矿产开发的限制条件的研究;在研究手段上,注意一般定性分析、统计分析、数学模型分析与宏观定性分析相结合的综合评价,注重理论与科研、生产实践相结合。⒊通过本次研究,取得了以下主要认识:⑴广西矿产资源禀赋条件较好,矿业经济是广西重要经济基础。⑵通过AHP 法分析,矿业开发对生态环境的影响较大。⑶系统总结了国内外循环经济基本理论和实践经验,重点剖析了广西贵港糖业生态园区的建设经验。⑷探索了循环经济在矿业领域的表现特点和形式。⑸深入研究了以广西锰业为对象的锰业循环经济发展模式。⑹探讨了广西矿业循环经济的综合模式。⑺探讨了如何实现广西矿业大省、矿业强省的战略目标。⒋本次研究创新性地取得了以下5 个方面的成果:⑴以循环经济理念对矿业发展进行了理性思考和研究,首次对省(区)级区域内的矿业发展形式进行了系统研究和总结,总结了广西矿业大省、强省的可持续发展综合模型。首次探讨了矿业循环经济的概念、特征及基本模式等。⑵以理论和实践相结合的方法,提炼出了广西锰业循环经济发展模式。研制出“铵盐焙烧法从低品位碳酸锰(氧化锰)矿中富集锰、钴、镍等的绿色生产工艺”和来宾市锰业生态园区的设想等具有实践意义。⑶以PEST 方法宏观分析了广西矿业循环经济发展的外部条件,利用AHP 层序法分析了矿业开发生态环境的影响程度,具有较好的理论意义和说服力。⑷提出了发展广西矿业循环经济的目标及主要内容,针对发展6 大矿业集团,11 个生态矿业园区,14 个生产基地和15 个矿集区,提出了4个发展战略和7 条具体措施,对广西政府的工作具有参考价值。⑸对广泛收集的资料,从循环经济角度进行了重新整理、归纳、分析,使之系统化、理性化,增加了指导性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The thesis is about the development mode of the cycle economy of Guangxi mining industry based on the rich minerals resources in Guangxi Zhuang Municipality. Region The goal of the study is to achieve the sustainable development of Guangxi’s economy and society, and construction of the Big and Strong Province by the systemic theoretical investigation. The theory of cycle economy is the guide of the wholly investigation. The present status and foreground of exploiting and applying the minerals resources of Guangxi are analyzed by utilizing the knowledge of economics of minerals resources, industrial ecology and modern enterprise management. Based on the numerous data information, the content of the thesis is focused on the allocation and combination of mineral resources, the combination of the interrelated industry group and the study on the limited condition of exploiting minerals resources related transportation, people and environment; The means of investigation is paid great attention to the combination of the commonly qualitative analysis, statistic analysis, mathematical model and macro-qualitative analysis. At the same time the combination of theory, scientific research and production practice is also emphasized. The results and cognition of the investigation include: (1) The better existing condition of the minerals resources in Guangxi Zhuang Municipality Region is the basis of development of mining industry in Guangxi Zhuang Municipality; (2) The exploitation of mining industry has great influence on environment by the AHP analysis; (3) The author systemically summarizes the theory and practice of cycle economy abroad and home, and emphatically anatomizes the construction experience of Guigang sugar industry in Guangxi; (4) The characteristics and form of cycle economy on mining industry are explored. (5) The cycle economy model of guangxi manganese industry is deeply investigated;(6) The integration model of cycle economy of Guangxi mining industry is also explored ; (7) How to realized the strategic goal of the Big and Strong Province of mining industry in Guangxi Zhuang Municipality is further discussed. Five innovation are obtained by the investigation: (1) The investigation is based on the theory of cycle economy, it is a first systemic study and summary of the form and characteristics of mining industry development in Guangxi area.
