【摘要】 本文从系统论的观点，阐述了区域经济可持续发展系统的内涵和特征，提出可持续发展问题是由经济发展模式决定的，可持续发展的核心是发展，以工业化促信息化，以信息化带动工业化是当今我国经济可持续发展的模式。文章综述了GIS、地学信息图谱、数据挖掘和知识发现、时间序列分析等技术的发展、主要方法及其在区域经济可持续发展研究中的应用。运用经济发展阶段划分模型，判断河南经济的发展阶段，运用时间序列分析的方法对河南经济发展的周期性特征进行了分析，预测了其发展趋势。文章把专题信息与GIS技术结合，分析了河南经济发展的空间差异及河南城镇体系的图谱特征，构建了区域可持续经济发展能力评价指标体系，对河南区域可持续经济发展能力进行了综合评价。文章指出GIS技术实现了数据分析的可视化，具有空间的准确性，数据能够及时更新，便于实时监测区域经济发展的动态变化，在区域经济发展的研究和政府决策中能够发挥重要的作用。数字化是一个区域实现信息化的必由之路，数字区域的提出适应了信息时代管理和决策的需要。文章提出了“数字河南”建设总体思路及应用的重点领域，对河南区域经济可持续发展决策支持系统的设计和实现进行了探索。更多还原

【Abstract】 The thesis describes the contents and features of the system of regional sustainable development by the view of Systematics, suggests that the sustainable development is decided by the model of economic development. Development is the core of sustainable development, and nowadays, the interaction of informationalization and industrialization is a sustainable model for economic development in China.The thesis summarizes the development of techniques such as GIS, Geo-informatic Tupu, Time series, Data mining and Knowledge discovery(KD), their methods and application on the study of regional sustainable development. With the help of classification model for developmental stage, the thesis evaluates the developmental stage of Henan economy. Some analysis on the periodical features of economic development in Henan province by way of time series analysis are also made and the development trend of Henan economy is predicted. By combining the thematic information and GIS technique, the thesis analyses the spatial difference of economic development in Henan and the Tupu features of urban system of Henan province. An evaluating index system on regional sustainable development of Henan is constructed and the sustainability of economic development of Henan is evaluated based on the system.The thesis suggests that the GIS technique achieves the visualization of data analysis with the advantages such as spatial accuracy and timed data renewing, since GIS is feasible to simultaneously monitor the dynamic development of regional economy, it can play a key role in regional study and governmental decision-making. Digitalization is the only way for a region to complete the informationalization, and the concept of digital region has met the demand of management and decision-making in information age.The thesis also promotes the overall train of thought for the construction of spatial information infrastructure of Henan province and the application fields of these infrastructures, the designation and realization of decision support system(DSS) for the regional sustainable development are also discussed in the thesis.更多还原
