电子式过载保护继电器的智能化技术与可靠性分析

【摘要】 二十一世纪以来,微处理器技术、信息通信技术以及电力电子技术的发展和应用,促进了智能化低压电器产品的研究与开发。工业系统自动化程度的提高与系统的大型化,促使一个系统中所使用的低压电器产品的数目不断增多,低压电器产品的可靠性分析日益引起重视。电子式过载保护继电器作为实现异步电动机保护的一类重要的低压电器产品,其智能化技术与可靠性分析的研究必将成为今后世界各国在电动机保护方面的重要研究方向。 本文对电子式过载保护继电器的智能化技术和可靠性分析进行了研究和探讨,一方面应用对称分量法,对异步交流电动机的各种故障状态进行了分析,建立了各种故障的相关保护特性方程,并将电力电子技术和计算机技术引入电子式过载保护继电器,设计了相应的智能保护电路,编制了完整的保护程序,使电子式过载保护继电器能够根据电动机的运行状态自动地选择最佳保护模式,实现电动机可靠而有效的保护,同时设计了通信接口,实现了电子式过载保护继电器与中央控制计算机之间的远程双向串行通信;另一方面采用故障树分析法,对所设计的智能化电子式过载保护继电器进行了可靠性分析,在进行定性分析与定量计算后,提出了提高电子式过载保护继电器可靠性的措施。

【Abstract】 Since twenty-one century, the development and the application of microprocessor technology, information communication and electric power and electronics technology have accelerated the research and the development of intelligent low-voltage apparatus products. The improvement of automation degree of industry system and the. largeness of system have made the number of low-voltage apparatus used in a system increase, so as to make reliability analysis of low-voltage apparatus more and more important. Electronic over-load protective relay is a type of important low-voltage apparatus product used for protection of asynchronous motor. The research of intelligent technology and reliability analysis of electronic over-load protective relay will be an important development direction on protection of motor in all of the countries in the future.This paper researched and discussed the intelligent technology and the reliability analysis of electronic over-load protective relay. On one hand, applying symmetrical component method, this paper analyzed all kinds of failure modes of asynchronous AC-motor, established related protective characteristic equations, designed corresponding intelligent protective circuit and compiled protective program in order to automatically choose an optimum protective mode to realize reliable and efficient protection according to running state of motor, at the same time, designed communication interface to realize remote bi-directional serial communication between electronic over-load protective relay and central control computer; On the other hand, using fault tree analysis (FTA)method, this paper carried out reliability analysis of the intelligent electronic over-load protective relay, based on the result of qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation, put forward some measures of improving reliability of electronic over-load protective relay.
