沥青混凝土路面施工工艺及机群协同作业

【摘要】 本文以对我国公路建设起重要作用的沥青混凝土路面施工技术及关键设备为研究对象,在国家863计划重大专项“机群智能化工程机械”的支持下,从“施工工艺”、“机群监控与优化调度”、“摊铺智能控制”三个方面,研究了沥青混凝土路面施工过程中影响施工质量的各种因素,探求施工各环节的最优匹配与协调控制方法。论文的创新点如下: (1) 研究和分析了国内外沥青混凝土路面传统施工工艺存在的问题,进行了以摊铺机为核心的工艺整合,在国内首先倡导“转运—摊铺”的工艺模式。 (2) 研究了沥青混凝土路面施工机群中单机的运行规律,提出了以质量、成本、施工效率和施工资源均衡性为目标的系统优化配置方法。 (3) 基于“排队论”方法,建立了沥青混凝土路面施工机械工艺控制模型,为机群优化调度提供了基础。 (4) 针对我国沥青路面施工的具体情况,提出了基于无线局域网、无线数传电台及GPS等技术为一体的智能化机群通信方案。 (5) 构架了沥青混凝土路面施工机群协同作业和优化调度系统结构,为从根本上提升我国沥青混凝土路面的机械化施工水平提供了依据与方法。 (6) 将CAN现场总线技术、模糊控制理论和模糊推理技术应用于摊铺机控制,形成了摊铺机智能控制与监测的软硬件集成系统,为其它工程机械控制系统设计提供了经验。 (7)对“转运—摊铺”工艺进行了大型施工考核,现场检测表明:本文提出的工艺及机群作业模式可有效提高沥青路面的施工质量。 本论文在充分调研我国沥青路面施工现状的基础上,系统研究了沥青路面施工工艺及机械作业模式,研究成果已取得公路施工企业的认同,新工艺的推广将对我国公路建设产生深远影响,并由此推动我匡施工机械技术的发展。

【Abstract】 In favor of 863 state program group intellectual construction machinery, aimed at asphalt concrete road surface technique and important equipment which plays an important role in national fundamental construction economy, the factors of influencing road surface quality in asphalt concrete construction and the optimized matching and coordination control in each step loop are studied in three aspects, construction technology, group machinery scanning and coordination, and paving intellectual control. The following conclusion can be got from the dissertation.(1) The problems in traditional asphalt surface construction technology within and outside of the country are analyzed and studied. The "transferring-paving" technique pattern has been brought forward firstly in our country through technique conformity around pavers.(2) The system optimized configuration method for quality, cost, construction efficiency and proportion of the construction resource has been put forward following the research of operation disciplinarian of the single machine in asphalt concrete road surface machinery group.(3) Based on queue theory, construction machinery technique control model of the asphalt concrete surface has been build to provide a base for group machinery coordination.(4) Due to the situation of asphalt surface construction, the intellectual group machinery communication project, based on the integration of wireless local network, wireless digital broadcasting station and GPS, has be en presented.(5) The system framework of cooperating work and optimized coordination of the asphalt concrete surface construction has been set up. The intellectual construction machinery group in the set framework breaks through the restriction of the original model, which will improve the mechanization level of the asphalt concrete surface construction.(6) Using CAN bus technique, fuzzy control theory and fuzzy inference mechanism in the control of the pavers, the hardware and software integrated system of the intellectual controlling and scanning has been formed to provide valuable experience for the design of the control system of the other construction machinery.(7) Through the assessing of the " transferr ng-paving" technique in great construction, spot inspect shows that the machinery group working pattern studied in the dissertation can enhance the construction quality of the asphalt surface effectively.Based on the sufficient investigation of the asphalt road surface in our country, the dissertation has studied the construction technique of the asphalt road surface and mechanical working pattern, the result of which has got the agreement of the highway construction company. The popularization of the new technique will produce an important influence in the highway construction and will promote the development of the construction machinery technology in our country.
