面向产品的3C数据数字化集成管理研究

【摘要】 本文在分析企业数据集成管理理论和企业信息系统中“信息孤岛”现象的基础上,以汽车车桥为例,在现代计算机网络环境下,研究了企业数字化集成管理,提出了企业3C技术数据面向产品的集成模式,给出了面向产品的企业3C技术数据数字化管理的系列模型和相应的计算机实现技术,并在此基础上,开发完成了面向产品的企业3C技术数据数字化集成管理原型系统(HUTIE-1系统)。 本文的主要结论是: 1.为保证企业数据的完整性、有序性和一致性及数据管理的协同性,以实现在网络环境下对企业数据的有效管理和集成,提出了面向产品的企业数据数字化集成管理模式。 2.在研究产品配置的基础上,给出了可定制产品设计数据BOM的组织模型,在实现了企业产品配置的客户化定制的同时,实现了产品数据管理中的选装件管理和产品及产品零部件的版本管理。 3.在可定制产品设计BOM组织模型的基础上,以产品设计数据BOM为数据源,利用数据间的多种映射关系,构建了面向产品的工艺数据BOM的组织模型,实现了工艺数据在企业3C技术数据管理中的纽带作用。 4.以产品配置为引导、车间作业点为主线,提出并构建了面向产品的制造数据BOM的组织模型,以方便企业物料需求计划的制定。 5.利用面向对象技术,实现了企业产品配置和工艺配置的一致性管理。 6.采用面向产品的数据集成技术,实现了3C技术数据的动态一致性控制。 7.采用以产品配置为导向的数据显性引导和隐性引导技术,在系统内部可实现多种数据间的映射关系,在系统用户层面可实现友好的人机交互环境。 8.给出了支持项目管理的系统权限管理机制,实现了动态工作组和静态工作组的动态权限管理。

【Abstract】 Based on analyzing enterprise data integrated management theory and information separation in enterprise information system, enterprise digital integrated management is studied in the modern computer net environment through giving an example of automobile axles. A product-oriented integration mode of enterprise 3C technological data is advanced, and a series of models and corresponded realizing technologies by computer of the product-oriented enterprise 3C technological data digital management is presented. Ultimately, the product-oriented enterprise 3C technological data digital integrated management archetypal system (HUTIE-1) is developed and fulfilled.The conclusions are as follows:1. In order to guarantee the integrality and coherence of the data and cooperation of the data management in enterprises, the product-oriented digital integrated management mode for enterprise data is advanced and the effective management and integtaion of enterprise data can be realized under the net environment.2. The organizational model of customer-made product design data BOM is presented to realize customer-made product configuration based on researching the normal product configuration. By realizing the enterprise customer-made product configuration, the alternative parts management, the edition management of parts and components and products in product data management.3. Based on the organizational models of product design BOM and utilizing the mapping relations of data and rooting product design data BOM, the organizational model of product-oriented process BOM is built to realize ligament effects of process data in enterprise 3C technological data management.4. Oriented by product configuration and workshop activity point, The organizational model of product manufacturing data BOM is advanced and built in order to facilitate establishing materials requirement plan.5. The coherence management of product and process configuration is realized by O-O technology.6. The dynamic coherence control of 3C technological data is realized by product-oriented data integration technology.7. The mapping relations of many kinds of data in the system and the friendly man-machine mutual environment can be realized through adopting thedominant and recessive data leading technology oriented by productconfiguration. 8. The system purview management mechanism supporting project management ispresented in order to realize dynamic purview management of dynamic andstatic work team.
