宏观利益论

【摘要】 本文的标题是宏观利益，其研究的问题属于宏观经济范畴。文章主要对宏观 利益的核心―¨D宏观经济利益进行了研究和探讨。 全文由导论和理论篇、分析篇、现实篇共四个部分组成。 理论篇分为三章。这三章分别为：第一章宏观利益的基本概念，第二章宏观 利益的理论渊源，第三 章宏观利益的基本理论关系。本篇是全文的基石，为分析 篇和现实篇展开的研究提供了理论依据 。 在理论篇中对利益和经济利益的概念进 行了探讨，引出了广义的宏观利益概念和狭义的宏观利益概念，并分别给出了定 义，同时指出了宏观利益的基本性质和内涵。对宏观利益的思想进行了挖掘，探 讨了西方经济学家有关论述中各种宏观利益的思想和观点以及马克思主义者关 于宏观利益的思想和观点，并对两者作了比较，指出了两者的区别和差异。在此 基础上，分析了宏观利益实现的路径、宏观利益的矛盾和协调的方式、宏观利益 的动力作用以及社会主义的宏观利益 ， 并将这四点 作为构建宏观利益理论的基本 框架。 分析篇由第四章宏观利益的因素分析、第五章的宏观利益的博弈分析、第六 章的宏观利益实现模式的比较分析共三章组成 。 本篇运用不同的分析方法从不同 的角度对宏观利益进行了剖析 ， 这对进一步了解和充分认识宏观利益有很大的帮 助。从宏观利益的因素分析可以得出：宏观利益既受内生性因素的影响，又受外 生性因素的影响，通过实证分析，进一步指出了宏观利益与这些因素之间变动的 规律。从宏观利益的博弈分析可以得出：宏观利益及其相关利益关系之间本质上 都是一种博弈关系。宏观利益与微观利益之间是一种动态的博弈关系， 宏观利益 与中观利益之间更多的是一种讨价还价的博弈关系 ， 宏观利益与集团利益之间也 存在博弈关系，而宏观利益的形成过程本身是一个变和博弈。从宏观利益实现模 式的比较分析可以得出 ： 不同的社会制度 ， 宏观利益的实现模式有着本质的区别， 即便是市场经济国家如：美国、日本和德国，其宏观利益实现模式也各不相同， 存在差异，这对我国宏观利益实现模式的选择具有借鉴作用。 现实篇也有三章组成。包括第七章的中国宏观利益的实现模式、第八章的中 国宏观利益调控手段、第九章的中国宏观利益的关系。本篇主要运用前两篇的理 论和方法对中国宏观利益的现状作 分析 ， 从三个角度指出我国宏观利益存在的问 题并提出了相应的对策 。 第七章 ， 描述了我国宏观利益实现模式变化的基本过程， 对我国宏观利益实现模式的现状进行了定位 ， 指出了其存在的问题 ， 结合美 、 日、 德等国模式中的有利成份，给出了宏观利益的理想模式。第八章，分别从财政、 货币和收入三个常用的调控手段，研究它们各自对宏观利益的作用：对我国财政 收支与宏观利益两者之间进行实证分析 ， 指出了财政作为宏观利益调控手段存在 9<WP=10> 的问题，并提出了相应的对策；通过对货币供应量与宏观利益之间的实证分析， 指出了作为宏观利益调控手段的货币政策存在的问题以 及应采取的相应对策 ；通 过对我国收入状况的分析，指出其对宏观利益的作用既存在积极的一面，也有不 足的一面，接着，对我国的收入分配提出了一些建议。第九章，对我国宏观利益 关系的现状作了分析 ， 提出了理想条件下各利益主体的行为原则和宏观利益与中 观、微观利益之间的利益关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 The macro - interest discussed in this article belongs to macro - economics category, and is mostly about the core part of interest . analyzing and researching the macro - economical interest. The entirely writing is made up of four parts: introduction, the theoretics section ,the analysis secti on and the praxis section. The theoretics section consists of three chapters: the basic conception , the theoretical origin of macro - interest, the essence theoretics of macro - interest. This section is the foundation of the entirely writing , and affords th e theoretics evidence to the following sections. In this section, there are some researches to the conceptions of interest and economical interest, and to elicit the definitions to the generalized macro - interest and the narrow sense macro - interest, to con temporary indicate the basic properties and connotations of macro - interest, to dig the idea of macro - interest in the dissertation of occident economist and Marxism ,and to compare the differences between the dissertations. On the base of these relevant the ories, the third chapter offers analysis to the paths of achieving to macro - interest, the manners of assorting with the conflicts in macro - interest, the dynamical function of macro - interest ,and the macro - interest of socialism. The analysis is also consid ered as the essence frame of macro - interest theories. The analysis section contains the following chapters: the factor analysis as the fourth chapter, the game analysis as the fifth chapter, the mode analysis as the sixth chapter. The different analysis me thods in this section are quite helpful to deeply understand to the macro - interest. We can elicit from the factor analysis that the macro - interest is not only affected with endogenesis factors, and exogenesis factors as well, and which rule is among the fa ctors and the macro - interest. We are known from the game analysis that the relation among the macro - interest is game relation essentially , the relation between the macro and the micro is one kind of dynamic games ,the relation between the macro and the m iddle is mostly as the argy - bargy game, the process in the forming macro - interest is none - zero game actually, and there is a game between the macro and the group. We are known from the compare analysis to the mode for achieving macro - interest: the mode is different with the regime , there is diversity among America, Japan and Germany, even if they belong to the market economy country. The characteristics in the modes are useful to our country. The praxis section mainly provides the research to China , and c overs three 11<WP=12> chapters: the mode for achieving macro - interest in China, the adjustment means for macro - interest in China, the relations among the macro - interest in China. All these researches are based on the above sections . theories and methods .
