【摘要】 产业组织是一个非线性的、开放的、复杂的、远离平衡态的巨系统。我国制造产业组织正是这样一个有着中国特色的系统。目前，我国关于产业组织的理论研究停留在低水平重复引进国外理论的、缺乏系统观的状态，远远达不到从根本上解决我国产业组织可持续发展过程中所遇实际困难的客观要求。我国制造产业组织作为系统，它的发展问题实质上应该是系统的演进问题，因此应该根据该系统的本质特征运用混沌理论与协同学加以研究。本文首先论证了混沌理论与协同学的内在关联性，以及二者在自身发展过程中与耗散结构理论之间的固有逻辑关系，从而奠定了“运用协同解决混沌”这一理论基石。 本文针对我国制造产业组织系统演进现状，挖掘式论证了我国产业组织系统要进行自组织协同演进首先应进行两方面的深入准备：其一，将产业市场发育过程看作系统演进过程。以协同理论为指导思想打破行政垄断造成的产业市场系统混沌局面，建立以号业化、信息化为序参量的专业化产业市场系统平台；其二，将企业信息化过程看作企业组织子系统及企业信息化软件子系统的协同演化进程。以协同理论为指导思想消除企业组织子系统及企业信息化软件子系统在企业信息化过程中的现存混沌状态，顺利实现企业信息化建设。 在以上中观及微观准备充分的基础上，进行我国制造产业组织系统中企业子系统间的协同竞争——供应链竞争。根据供应链的特点，本文分别从两方面提出了供应链运作的协同对策以及供应链各环节成员企业子系统实力增强途径的协同对策。一方面，针对我国制造产业组织系统中供应链发育状况，在分析传统意义下供应链的混沌趋势的基础上，创造性地提出敏捷制造意义下供应链的协同对策，为我国制造产业组织系统自组织协同格局的形成与发展开拓了新方向；另一方面，针对我国制造产业组织系统中供应链各环节成员企业子系统实力增强途径，在分析我国“拉郎配”式企业兼并所造成的混沌局面的基础上，创造性地提出动态联盟作为敏捷制造意义下供应链最佳组织形式的协同性以及变企业兼并过程中企业间磨合内部化为动态联盟过程中企业间磨合外部化的优越性，从而最终在理论层面论证了以动态联盟与敏捷制造意义下供应链相配合作为我国制造产业组织系统自组织协同演进的根本实现途径这一战略构想的可行性。 本文最后对作为我国第一支柱产业的电子及通信设备制造业进行了国有层面的实证分析。在论证了经济效益指标、科技评价指标作为测度输入变量的充要性，构造了充分表征专业化、信息化序参量和产业组织系统自组织协同宏观效果的具体指标体系基础上，给出了产业组织系统有序度、协同度模型，并应用此模型实证了该产业组织系统近几年协同演进状况，计算结果与事实相符，为该产业的进一步协同发展提供了重要的战略依据，同时进一步证明了本文理论的正确性与客观性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Industrial organization is an non-linear, exoteric, complicated gigantic system apart from balance. The industrial organization of China manufacturing industry is just such a system with china characteristic. Presently, the theory investigation on the industrial organization in China rests on the state wanting system view & fetching in foreign theory in low level repeatedly. It can’t satisfy the objective requisition that changes the actual difficulty for the better radically which the industrial organization of China encountered during the course of sustainable development. The essential of the development of industrial organization of China should be an evolvement of system. Thus it ought to be studied by chaotic theory & synergy based on the essential characters. The paper demonstrated the relativity of the two theories and the inherent logic relation between the dissipation-structure theory in their self-development, and it established the theoretic footstone that put synergy to use to avoid chaos.In allusion to the evolvement actuality of industrial organization system of China manufacturing industry, the paper demonstrated in digging manner that the system should be self-contained ready in two fields in the first places before it’s self-organization synergetic evolvement. In the first place, the growth of industrial market should be looked upon the evolvement of system. And then, breaking the chaotic phases result from administration monopoly according to synergy in order to build the specialized industrial market system platform with specialization & informationization as order-parameter. In the second place, the informationization in enterprises should be regarded as the synergetic evolvement on both the organization sub-system and the informationization software sub-system. And then eliminating the chaotic states in the two sub-systems according to synergy in order to realize the informationization in enterprises successfully.Based on the results above, the synergetic competition called c competition should be carried through in the industrial organization system of China manufacturing industry. According to the characters of supply-chains, the synergetic countermeasures have been given in both operation and the approaches with which the members of supply-chains can build their strength up. On the one hand, in allusion to the growth degree of supply-chains in the system, after analyzing the chaotic current of traditional meaning supply-chains, the agile manufacturing meaning supply-chains synergetic countermeasures have been brought forward with original idea, and that pointed out the direction of the form & development of the self-organization synergy situation for the system, on theother hand, in allusion to the approaches, after analyzing the chaotic current result from Chinese "La Lang Pei" merger of the firm, the synergy and the superiority have been put forward with original idea. The synergy lies in the dynamic alliance as the best organization form of the agile manufacturing meaning supply-chains and the superiority lies in changing the chastening among enterprises from interior during the merger of the firm into exterior during the course of the dynamic alliance. Thereby, the feasibility of the tactic assumption has been demonstrated ultimately in the theoretical level that the cooperation between the dynamic alliance and the agile manufacturing meaning supply-chains will carry the self-organization synergetic evolvement of China manufacturing industry out radically.Finally, the demonstration & analysis on the electronic and telecommunications equipment industry have been put up in the state-owned layer in this paper which is the first support industries for China. The sufficienty & essentiality have been demonstrated of that guideline of both economic benefit and science & technology act as input variables for measure.
