燃煤锅炉烟气湿式除尘脱硫技术及粉煤灰利用的研究

【摘要】 本文在分析燃煤锅炉烟气除尘脱硫技术现状的基础上,对除尘脱硫一体化技术进行了理论分析。研究了湿法碰撞理论在湿式除尘技术中的应用。应用旋风分离理论,推导出了除尘效率估算模型。对于给定的条件,可以用除尘效率模型估算除尘效率,用于指导除尘器研制和设计。对于常用的湿式石灰脱硫方法,建立了吸收液pH值和吸收液脱硫量的关系模型。根据该模型,在脱硫工艺设计中,对于给定的吸收液供液量和吸收液的起始及终点pH值,可以计算出脱硫量及脱硫效率;或者对于要求的脱硫效率(或脱硫量),可以计算出所需吸收液供液量和石灰的消耗量。 在三套自制模拟实验装置上进行了除尘技术实验研究。在实验室条件下,装置的除尘效率>98%。对三种技术的性能进行了对比分析。研制筛选出的除尘脱硫技术集湿式碰撞、旋风分离、改性文丘里机理于一体。针对除尘脱硫装置的复杂环境,研究了材料的耐腐蚀耐磨损性能,研制了耐腐蚀涂层的配方。根据材料所处位置的特点,在装置的不同部位,采用不同材料或组合材料防止腐蚀和磨损。 根据理论研究和实验室研究结果,研究开发出适合中小型燃煤锅炉烟气除尘脱硫的装置,进行工业应用研究。把除尘脱硫污水引入湿式出渣机中,充分利用燃煤锅炉自身产生的碱性物质脱除烟气中的二氧化硫,减少了为烟气脱硫而投加的碱性物质的量。在130T/H锅炉烟气规模上,进行了燃煤电站锅炉烟气的除尘脱硫工业应用研究。测试结果表明,除尘脱硫效果均优于国家一级排放标准或当地环境主管部门的要求。燃煤电站粉煤灰经过活化处理用作水泥的混合材,当活化粉煤灰的掺入量为30%时,可以达到425号水泥的强度指标。

【Abstract】 Considering the current situation in China, the suitable technology is still the integrated dedusting and desulfurization technology. This paper analyzes on this technology theoretically, such as the application of wet collision theory in wet dedusting technology; to educe the estimation model for dedusting efficiency by applying cyclone separation theory; to estimate the dedusting efficiency by estimation model for dedusting efficiency with different structure size for the distribution of the quality granularity frequency of the gas and inlet dust powder, so as to instruct the research and design for the de-duster; to set up the model of relationship between the absorbent pH value and absorbent desulfurization amount for the usual wet lime desulfurization technology; based on the above model to estimate the desulfurization amount and efficiency in the design of desulfurization process with supply amount of absorbent and pH value at the starting and finishing point or to estimate the needed absorbent supply and the lime consumption for the required de-sulfur efficiency.Based on the theoretical analysis, experiment research with 3 sets of self-made simulating equipment has been done in the lab, including the dedusting performance, equipment resistance, dehydration performance. The dedusting effect in the lab condition can reach >98%. The comparison analysis on the performance of 3 sets of equipment has also been done. The selected dedusting and desulfurization equipmenthas integrated the wet collision ,cyclone separation and modified Venturi mechanism,with compact structure and high purification effect. The circumstance for dedusting and desulfurization of coal-fired flue gas is very complicated, so the research on the performance of corrosive-resistant and anti-abrasion of material has been done. According to the characteristic of the corrosion and abrasion where material located, different kinds of material or compounding materials have been used to prevent the corrosion and abrasion.Based on the theory study and the small pilot lab of simulating equipment, the equipment compatible with dedusting and desulfurization for middle and small-scaled coal-burning boiler is researched and developed, and perfected the application in industries. In the industrial application the amounts of the added alkali materials for desulfurization will be less if making full use of the alkali materials produced by coal-burning boiler itself to remove the SOa in the flue gas. Afterwards the research on the application for the flue gas treatment o f 1 30T/H coal-burning boiler has been done. A11 the tests indicate that the dedusting and desulfurization effect has been better than the national first-class emission standards. This paper researches on activated treatment of fly ash from coal-burning boiler in power station for t he b lend m aterial o f c ement b y i ntegrating mechanic activation a nd c hemical activation method. When the added activated fly ash has arrives at 30%, the intensity indicator of No. 425 cement can be achieved.
