【摘要】 本文在孕早期习惯性流产中西医研究现状的基础上，对导师王秀霞教授应用抗殞安胎饮治疗本病的经验进行总结，通过设立西药(多力妈)对照组，对在习惯性流产孕早期发生的71例患者进行观察发现，抗殞安胎饮能有效的改善病人的主要症状，有效率达86.11％。 本文通过对病人疗前、疗后外周血孕激素、封闭抗体的封闭效应及TH1型细胞因子IL—2、TH2型细胞因子IL—10测定，显示抗殞安胎饮具有良好的调节内分泌的作用，效果与多力妈治疗组相近，同时对提高外周血封闭抗体的封闭效应及IL—10含量，降低血清IL—2含量上有出色的调节作用。说明抗殞安胎饮是通过对内分泌及免疫系统的整体调节来实现保胎作用的，同时也说明中医“未病先防”及“整体观念”的理论是具有科学性的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the present state of habitual abortion treated with western medicine and traditional Chinesemedicine (TCM), th e thesis summed up the clinical experience of Professor WANG Xiu-xia who treated the habitual abortion with Kangsun Antai Yin in progestationa1 continuing three months and gestational later period.The 71 patiens with habitual abortion in gestational prophase were observed,at the same time,the controlled group which used westernmedicin,e(duolima).The results showed that Kangsun Antai Yin can markedly ameliorate the main symptom and the total effective rate was 86.11 %.By detecting progestogen in peripheral blood , blocking effect of blocking antibody, THi cytokine IL-2 and TH2 cytokine IL-10 in pretreatment and post-1 reatment, the results showed that Kangsun Antai Yin had the better action in regulating internal secretion , its effect was similar to the controlled group.In raising the blocking effect of blocking antibody and the content of IL-10, and decreasing the content of IL-2 in serum,its effect was better than the controlled group.The results illustrated that Kangsun Antai Yin achieved the Tocolyis action by regulatinginternal secretion as a whole.
