混凝土坝病变和损伤的监控理论和分析方法研究

【摘要】 大坝安全监控模型,在分析评价大坝安全性态中起着重要作用。本文针对大坝混凝土坝病变和损伤的监控理论和分析方法进行研究。 1)大坝安全监测数据的可靠性对分析结果有较大的影响,误差的分析和模型的正确选择是大坝安全评判监控的关键。建立灰色回归-时序组合模型对大坝观测数据进行处理,能有效识别观测数据的粗差,模型的拟合精度高,能够较好地分析大坝的原型结构性态。 2)研究了混凝土病变和损伤其本质是混凝土材料性能劣化过程,推导出混凝土坝病变和损伤本构方程,揭示了混凝土病变和损伤演变规律。阐述了混凝土病变和损伤机理,从材料微观结构开始导出温度荷载下的病变和损伤演变方程,建立混凝土温度损伤模型有一定的现实意义。 3)利用混凝土断裂力学和微观力学的研究方法,建立了混凝土温度损伤模型;从混凝土组成的细观角度出发,研究水泥砂浆包围的骨料,在温度荷载作用下首先在骨料与砂浆的界面上产生界面微裂缝。推导出了混凝土在温度荷载作用下混凝土温度损伤演变方程。 4)采用损伤有限元对拱坝进行损伤场及考虑损伤行为的应力场的计算。损伤有限元计算是在断裂-损伤有限元的程序中加入了温度损伤演变方程。 5)运用坝工理论和数学力学原理,建立了混凝土坝裂缝确定性模型。结合工程实际,对大坝实测资料进行时空分析、结构计算和模型分析,分析混凝土裂缝产生和扩展规律。

【Abstract】 Dam safety monitoring model is important to analyze and evaluate the operation properties of the dam. In this paper, it is studied on monitoring theory and analysis method with morbid change & damage concrete dam.1) Dependability of survey data is more influence the result of analysis data in dam safety monitoring. They are important in evaluating and monitoring dam safety that analyzing gross error of data and correct choosing its model. It is efficiency to detect gross error of data with gray-regression and time series-combination model. Precision of fitting the data’s curve is higher, when it is treated with the model. It is more reasonable for explaining and evaluating of the behavior of dam archetype structure.2) The essence of concrete’s morbid change and damage will reduce concrete material’s mechanics ability. Deduced it, it is possible to expatiate its evolvement rule and principle. From material microstructure, it is of real signification that is based on model of concrete temperature and damage under the temperature load.3) The concrete temperature damage model is presented by method of studying concrete rupture mechanics and microcosmic mechanics. In the view of the concrete’s minute construction, cement and mortar encircled bone, there is tiny crack on interface of bone and mortar under temperature load. And then it is provided in temperature field the equation of concrete damage and temperature evolvement.4) Damage finite element, which can be calculated by rupture-damage finite element program, is applied to arch dam to calculate damage field and stress field with damage character considered. In this program temperature damage developing equation is presented.3) The determinacy model of crack on the basis of the advanced theories, mathematics and mechanics principle in concrete dam. After analyzing observation data in space-time, calculating construction and analyzing models in practice project, it is analyzed that the cracks of concrete appear principle and enlarge rule.
