高次模多注速调管电动力学系统的研究

【摘要】 为了克服基模多注速调管在高工作频率下输出功率的限制,本文展开了高次模多注速调管电动力学系统的研究,研究工作包括高次模谐振腔和高次工作模式的选择,高次模双间隙输出腔的结构,以及高次模谐振腔与波导耦合三个方面的理论和实验研究。以矩形腔、圆柱腔和同轴腔为研究对象,以Isfield3D三维电磁场计算软件为工具,对这三种高次模谐振腔进行理论分析和计算,给出这三种腔体中适宜选择的高次工作模式,给出工作模的场分布和特性阻抗值,总结出各种高次模谐振腔以及各种高次工作模式的优缺点,加工出TM220高次模矩形腔、TM310高次模圆柱腔和TM010同轴腔三种谐振腔模型,进行冷测试验,实验结果与分析相符。以TM120矩形腔为例,设计出一种C波段模矩形双间隙腔模型,对模型进行计算机模拟,给出工作模式的电磁场分布和特性阻抗值,分析了非工作模式,提出了加吸收腔抑制振荡的方法,根据设计加工出模型,对模型进行冷测实验,实验结果与计算相符。以模矩形双间隙腔模型为研究对象,提出在模型的窄边开耦合口,改进的在窄边开耦合口,在宽边开耦合口,三种波导加载谐振腔的方案。分析了这三种方案中耦合口对工作模式的场分布、特性阻抗、Qext值以及场不均匀性的影响。对模矩形双间隙腔进行窄边开耦合口冷测实验,结果与分析相符。

【Abstract】 In order to overcome the limit of the output power to TM010 mode multi-beam Klystron on the high frequency, the theoretical and experiment investigation of the high order mode multi-beam klystron electrodynamics system have been conducted. The research work includes how to choose the high order mode cavities and high order operating modes, the structure of double-gap output cavity of high order mode, the coupling between high order mode cavity and wave guide.Three kinds of high order mode cavities, which are rectangular cavity、cylindrical cavity and coaxial cavity, are analysed by Isfield3D which is a kind of three dimension electromagnetic field calculation software. The suitable high order mode is chosen as operating mode in the three kind cavities, field distribution and characteristic impedance of the operating mode are given. The advantage and disadvantage of different high order mode cavities and different high order operating modes is sum up. Three kinds of high order mode cavities module, which are TM220 rectangular cavity、TM310 cylindrical cavity and TM010 coaxial cavity, are made out and the experimental result accords with the calculation.A kind of C band double-gap rectangular cavity module is devised and simulated by Isfield3D.The electromagnetic field distribution and characteristic impedance of the operating mode are given. The stray modes in the module is analysed and the method to restrain stray mode oscillation with absorb cavity is put out. The module is made out and the test result accords with the analysis.<WP=5>Three kinds of coupling schemes between wave guide and high order mode cavity are put out. The first is through coupling iris on the narrow side of the cavity. The second is improved scheme by opening coupling iris on the narrow side of the cavity. The third is through coupling iris on the wide side of the cavity .The influence on the electromagnetic field distribution and characteristic impedance, Qext of the operating mode by the coupling iris are analysed. The module is measured, and the result accord with the analysis.
