高精度气动板形仪基础技术的研究

【摘要】 随着社会的进步、科技的发展及对产品质量要求的不断提高,冶金轧制生产过程中的板形控制也越来越受到了普遍的重视。实现板形控制的一个重要环节就是在生产过程中要首先实现板形的在线检测。本课题的研究方向就是针对铝箔、铜箔、带钢等精密生产过程中的板形检测问题,开发研制目前国内尚属空白的新一代检测设备——高精度气动板形仪的核心元件。 本文首先介绍了本课题的来源和背景情况,课题研究的实际重要意义,总结分析了板形问题国内外研究现状,对板形的概念、板形缺陷的类型及板形的表示方法作了介绍。分析了对板形的实际影响因素。 归纳了实际生产过程中对板形检测设备的一般要求,根据其工作原理概述了现有国内外板形检测设备的分类情况。在参阅国内外大量资料的基础上,比较详细地介绍了各类板形检测设备的工作原理、设备特性及其优缺点和设备的实际使用情况等。为开发和研究各类板形检测仪提供了有价值的参考。 在分析介绍了气动板形仪的基本结构和工作原理的基础上,从实际应用、维护和加工等方面分析了该板形仪所具有的优缺点。提出了气动板形仪整体设计的方法,为实际设计板形仪奠定了必要的理论基础。介绍了板形仪附属升降机构的一般要求和板形仪信号处理方式及结合实际轧制过程中一般常用的板形识别方法。 建立了气动板形仪检测间隙中气膜的数学模型,通过确定实际问题边界条件,利用有限元素法得到了气动板形仪核心工作部分——气膜和喷嘴的性能参数,取得了满意的计算结果。结合对气动板形仪流场的数值求解,提出了与气动板形仪整体设计有机相连的、确定气动板形仪核心部分气膜和喷嘴的设计方法。为了使所提出的气动板形仪设计方法更加实用和“友好”,采用可视化语言VC++,成功地开发研制了面向对象的气动板形仪计算机辅助分析设计软件,并采用该软件实际设计了单段和三段的气动板形仪实验产品,该软件为进一步的设计分析气动板形仪提供了可靠和有利的手段。 在国内首次设计制造了气动板形仪实验装置,并对所开发研制的气动板形仪实验装置进行了实验研究。通过实验研究,检验了本课题中提出的气动板形仪的设计方法,探讨了板形仪实际加工的相关问题,进一步研究了气动板形仪实际特性,总结了实验中得到的结果。实验表明,所提出的设计方法是可行的,所确定的加工方法是合理的,所开发研制的气动板形仪实验装置满足了设计上的要求。 本课题所开发研制的气动板形仪、建立的气动板形仪理论分析方法及通过实际设计加工和实验中得到的气动板形仪数据,对进一步研制高精度气动板形仪具有重 燕山大学工学博士学位论文要意义。

【Abstract】 With the development of society , technology ,and the increasing of products quality,the value of shape control in metal rolling is getting to take seriously.The key step to realize the shape control is to achieve shape measuring on line.This project of our study is to develop the precise Pneumatic Shapemeter for shape measuring in production of aluminium foil and copper foil,which is still an unknown field in China.There are five sections in this thesis.In each part,I presented separately the some studies on precise Pneumatic Shapemeter,working in Yanshan Uinversity post doctoral program.In Part One,It is introduced the background and situation about this project,the importance of its studying.lt is also introduced the concept of shape,defect type of shape and expression method of shape.And it is briefly introduced factors effecting shape.Through the part,one will known something basicly about the projuct.In Part Two, it is first induced the common requirement of shape measure instruments in the pracical production,summaried the classify of the shape measure instrument according to its working principle.Then carefully introduced the practical usages,working principles,equipment charactristics,and its advangtages and disadvangtages of different shape measure equipments. The introductions above will be good value for further devoloping and researching different types of shapemeters.In Part Three, it is firstly involved the elementary structure,working principle of Pneumatic Shapemeter,analysed its advangtages and disadvangtages according to its using ,maintaining and manufacturing.Then ,put forward the whole design method of Pneumatic Shapemeter,lay a fundation for the design of whole Shapemeter.lt is also involed commonly the need of lift and fall mechanism of the shapemeter , the handling of shape sigal and common shape singal identification in metal rolling.In Part Four,It is dissussed about the main air film and nozzle of Pneumatic shapemeters by making use of numerical method,and getting it combined with whole design of the shapemeter.Firstly, the elementary control equations of air which determines its working of air film and nozzle is intrduced .Through the comparation of common numerical calculating fluid field method ,fixed the adopting method of numerical diffierence ,gave a good reason for choosing this method which calculate this fluid field.Through determining the original and boundary value and dissociation of the field,got a good calculating result.Combining this fluid field calculation, put forword adesigning method connected with the whole design and fixing main film and nozzle of Pneumatic Shapemeter.In order to make the design method more practical and more "friendly",successfully developed auxiliary analysis and design software of Pneumatic Shapemeter by using visual language VC++.And having used this software designed an one-piece and a three-piece samples of Pneumatic Shapemeter and achieve satisfied result. This software is a reliable and helpful for further design and analysis of Pneumatic Shapemeter.In Five Part,in order to examine the design method that put forward in this paper, study its manufacturing ,and know its characteristics of Pneumatic Shapemeter,after firstly designed and manufactured the experiment equipment and Pneumatic Shapemeter sample, the experiments of Pneumatic Shapemeter have been made first in China .In this part,its experiment equipment and sample,the experiment method are related.Then these data got in the experiment are intrduced ,some result of Pneumatic Shapemeter are given according to the experiment.Through the experiment,the conculusion are achieved that the design method which put forward in this paper is valuable,the manufacturing method is reasonable,and the design requirment of Pneumatic Shapemeter sample are met.Three main parts are introduced through five chapters of this paper.It is introduced the background and some concerned concept of this project,and the present resarch of shapemeters all over the world.It is in
