强肾胶囊治疗糖尿病骨质疏松症的临床与实验研究

【摘要】 目的 观察强肾胶囊对糖尿病骨质疏松症的治疗效果。方法 将临床诊断为糖尿病骨质疏松症的74例患者随机分为两组，其中试验组38例，予以强肾胶囊治疗，对照组36例，予以美吡达及阿法迪三治疗，两组均以3个月为一疗程。结果 临床观察发现，强肾胶囊能够明显改善患者的临床症状，尤其是对腰膝酸痛和倦怠乏力，与对照组比较差异显著（P＜O.01）；同时患者的血糖、尿钙/肌酐值较治疗前有所下降，而骨密度值较治疗前有所上升。实验研究表明，强肾胶囊可明显降低糖尿病模型大鼠的血糖，并升高其胰岛素，同时可以降低血磷、碱性磷酸酶及尿钙、磷、羟脯氨酸含量，此外，尚可增加骨钙沉积，提高骨密度及抗弯力。结论 临床和实验研究结果说明，强肾胶囊治疗糖尿病骨质疏松症具有确切疗效，值得深入研究及进一步开发。更多还原

【Abstract】 Object To observe the therapeutic efficacy of QiangShen Capsule in treating Diabetic Osteoporosis. Methods 74 patients with Diabetic Osteoporosis were divided into two groups by random, among these patients, test group(38) were treated by QiangShen Capsule, control group(36) were treated by glipizide and a-D3, three months was a course of treatment. Results QiangShen Capsule could improve clinical symptoms of patients obviously, especially to ache of waist and knee, tiredness and inertia, the difference was significant compared to the control group (P <0.01); Meanwhile, the patients?blood sugar and uric calcium! creatinine descended, but bone density was higher. QiangShen Capsule could descend blood sugar and heighten insulin of Model Rats obviously; Meanwhile, it could descend blood phosphorus,alkalin phosphatase and uric calcium, phosphorus and hydroxyproline; Above all, it could increase bone calcium deposit, heighten bone density and bone power in resisting bending. Conclusion QiangShen Capsule has sure curative effect in treating Diabetic Osteoporosis, it is worth studying deeply and developing further.更多还原
