《内经》体质思想及应用

【摘要】 通过对《内经》体质学说的再认识，以冠心病理论为研究目标探讨湿热体质与冠心病的关系。从“人群体质的古今变异”这一全新的视角对有代表性的冠心病治法之形成背景进行回顾，对现今冠心病研究领域存在的问题予以剖析，提出依据人群体质变化创新该病防治理论的必要性、紧迫性。全面分析现代人的生存环境，提出湿热体质在理论与临床研究中的重要意义。立足中医理论结合流行病学调查和临床资料，首次从新环境角度确立湿热体质是冠心病的易患因素，创立湿热体质与冠心病具有相关性的新观点。对冠心病湿热病机及相关理论的确立，使大量的临床经验和科研成果得到合理的、完满的解释，从感性经验升华为理性认识，为中药开发开辟了新的途径。湿热体质的时代特征决定了该体质类型在众多的现代“文明病”中同样具有广阔的研究前景。这种研究方法符合中医理论的自身发展规律，为改变理论与临床脱节、理论研究滞后的中医科研现状探索出一条可行的道路，也为《内经》理论与临床研究，乃至整个中医理论研究提供了有益的启迪。更多还原

【Abstract】 The further study of the constitution theory in Canon of Internal Medicine aimed at studying the theory of coronary heart disease was to study the relation between damp heat constitution and coronary heart disease. With a brand new angle of view that is the differentiation of human constitution between ancient and modem, it was reviewed that the developing background of the representational methods treating coronary heart disease, and it was also analyzed the problems existing in present study of coronary heart disease. It was referred that the importance and urgency of innovating the theory of preventing and treating the coronary heart disease according to the variation of human constitution. With comprehensive analysis of the living condition of present human being, it was referred the importance of damp heat constitution in the academic and clinical study of coronary heart disease. Basing on the theory of TCM, and also combining with the epidemiological survey and clinical data, it was claimed with a point of view related to the modem environment that damp heat constitution is a factor leading to the susceptibility of coronary heart disease. A new viewpoint was founded about the relationship between damp heat constitution and coronary heart disease. The foundation of damp heat pathological mechanism in coronary heart disease, gave a reasonable and approving explanation to lots of clinical experiences and research results, was a sublimation from perceptual experience to rational cognition, and it also provided a new way for developing Chinese traditional medicine. Meanwhile, the damp heat constitution has great foreground in the study of many modem civil diseases attributed to its times?character. This viable researching method is in accordance with its own developing rules of TCM theory, and it founded a way to solve the issues existing in the study of TCM, that are the separation between theory and clinical practice, and academic study lags behind the clinical practice. It provides a beneficial enlightenment for the study of theory in Canon of Internal Medicine and clinical study, even for the study of the whole TCM theory.更多还原
