高校隐性思想政治教育实践的探讨

【摘要】 摘要:在社会主义市场经济条件下,特别是在已进入21世纪的新时期,如何进一步加强和改进高校学生思想政治教育,是一个亟待解决的重大课题。目前人们倾向性的看法是,现实奉行的以显性思想政治教育为主的方法存在一些弊端和不足,应在对其进行改进完善的同时,积极、全面地推进隐性思想政治教育,形成显性教育与隐性教育的有机配合。但是,由于我国隐性思想政治教育的理论研究还不够全面、成熟,亦没有规范、完整的实践经验,难以整体地组织开展隐性思想政治教育,亟需在实践中研究和探索。马克思主义实践认知论告诉人们,实践出真知,实践出真理。如果拓展创新研究思路,从实践运作的角度探讨隐性思想政治教育实施的可行性和有效途径,就有可能获得重大进展,实现实践与理论的相互促长。本研究基于这种思考,以马克思主义、毛泽东思想和中国特色社会主义理论体系作指导,从方法论的视角探索隐性思想政治教育的实践途径,将研究视野深化并拓展到隐性思想政治教育实施的方方面面,有利于发现和解决疑难问题,有助于推进实施的进程。本研究试图通过潜心研究和追求创新,探索一条符合国情、富有实效且为人们所认可的高校隐性思想政治教育实践的有效途径。为此,本研究认真分析了实践的理论研究基础和实践研究基础,探讨了实践的理论依据,阐释了实践中应遵循的若干基本原则,论述了实践的“载体建设”、“机制建设”和“队伍建设”的思路与办法,提出了所遇到的一些疑难问题的解决方法,探索了具体运作的实际操作及其掌控方法,研讨了调节评估的功能和方法。研究发现,藉上述研究成果的集成,或许能为加强与改进高校思想政治教育拓展一条切实有效的新途径。本研究可能的创新之处在于:(1)课题立意新颖(国内外鲜有人尝试),创意特殊,具有一定的理论意义和应用价值;(2)尝试以“实践认知论、主客体能动论、环境塑造论、渗透内化论”等原理,作为隐性思想政治教育开展“实践”的理论依据;(3)由载体的运用、掌控及其遴选的探索,实现了载体的运用方法、载体的掌控方法和载体的遴选方法等三方面的创新;(4)提出了从“显性思想政治教育”与“隐性思想政治教育”结合中借力挖潜,为基本解决时间与人力矛盾等疑难问题提供了改进和创新的方法。

【Abstract】 Abstract:How to further strengthen and improve the students’ ideological and political education of higher institutions has become a serious burning problem in today’s socialist market economic condition, especially in the new era of21st century. At present, people tend to hold the idea that some drawbacks and deficiencies exist in the main practice of dominant ideological and political education, therefore its improvement and perfection is needed. Meanwhile, actively and roundly carrying forward implicit ideological and political education helps to develop a good cooperation between dominant and implicit education. However, on the account of the lack of complete and ripe theoretical study in implicit ideological and political education of our country and the short of standard and perfect practical experience, it is difficult to carry out integral implicit ideological and political education. So the study and exploration of it is urgently needed in practice.Marxist cognitive theory of practice tells us knowledge starts with practice and truth from practice. If we extend our innovation research ideas and explore the feasibility and effective ways in the implementation of implicit ideological and political education from the practice operation angle, it is very likely that we will achieve significant progress and mutual advance of theory and practice. This study is based on this idea. On the guidance of Marxism, Mao Zedong thought and the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, it explores the ways in the practice of implicit ideological and political education from the methodology angle and further deepen the research vision into various aspects of the implementation of implicit ideological and political education in the favor of finding and solving the puzzling problems and contributing to the promotion in the course of implementation.This study, through the concentration on research and pursuit of innovation, attempts to explore an effective way in the practice of implicit ideological and political education in higher institutions, which is in accord with our national situation, effective and accepted by people. For this purpose, the study carefully analyzes the basis of the theoretical and practical research of practice, investigates the theoretical foundation of practice, interprets several basic principles which should be followed in practice, discusses the thoughts and methods of "the construction of carriers","the construction of mechanism" and "the construction of team" in practice, proposes some solutions to some puzzling problems, probes into the practical implementation and control methods in the specific operation and discusses the functions and methods of adjustment and assessment in practice. The study has found the outcome of the above research will probably develop a new effective approach to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of higher institutions.The possible innovation of this study lies in:(1)The topic shows an interesting new approach (Few people try it at home and abroad),original and unconventional, having theoretical significance and application value;(2) It attempts to take "cognitive theory of practice, theory of dynamics of the subjective and objective, theory of environment building and internalization theory of infiltration as the theoretical foundation in practice;(3) Innovation has been realized in three aspects of methods in the application, control and selection of carriers by the exploration on these three aspects of the carriers.(4)It proposes the innovative ways to make use of the potentials with the combination of the dominant and the implicit ideological and political education and tackle such puzzling problems as time and manpower.
