永州文化资源融入大学生道德素质教育的研究

【摘要】 摘要:道德素质作为人们道德认识和道德行为水平的综合反映,既包含一个人的道德修养和道德情操,又体现着一个人的道德水平和道德风貌。道德素质的培养和提高具有重要意义。良好道德素质是个人成长成才的基本条件,是社会发展和进步的助推器,是社会主义市场经济的健康发展有力保障,是增强综合国力的巨大动力。大学生作为公民的一个知识群体,其思想更加活跃,其行为的影响更加广泛,其道德的养成显得尤为重要。文化由人创造,人是文化发展中最关键、最活跃的因素。要提高大学生的道德素质,必须继承本民族几千年形成的传统美德,充分利用民族文化资源中的精华为学生修身主体内容,既让学生在学习文化的过程中提升涵养和素质,又让学生在接触传统文化的过程中传承文明,这对于文化传承和道德修养不失为一种双赢举措,也是文化育人的应有之意。根据对永州市三所高校的调查,当代大学生的道德素质主流是积极、健康、向上的,但是受社会大环境的影响,大学生中也存在许多诸如理想追求淡化、自我意识膨胀、知行脱节严重等不可忽视的问题。因此加强大学生道德素质教育尤为紧迫。文化是民族的血脉,是人民的精神家园。永州作为一个拥有两千多年历史的文化古城,远古的舜文化、唐时的柳文化、宋期的濂溪文化、近代的红色文化都具有较强的代表性和典型性。永州地方文化资源对于大学生道德素质提高是相当切合的。它能用孝感天下的舜文化弥补大学生在德孝上的缺失;用惜民爱民的柳文化增强大学生的民本情怀;用廉政高尚的理学文化去引导大学生守诚践廉;以红色文化为内涵助推大学生积极进取,这些都极具针对性。永州文化在中国传统文化中具有重要地位,研究永州文化在大学生道德素质教育中的运用具有特殊意义。地方文化作为区域文化,是中国传统文化的重要组成部分,是在大传统文化指导下的个性文化。永州作为中华大地上的一个内陆市区,永州文化是中华文化的组成部分。永州地方文化与中华传统文化的关系体现在以下四个方面:一是“多元一体”的关系,永州文化是中华文化的组成部分,它与中华文化的关系是个体与总体的关系。二是永州文化与中华文化“相互依赖”,没有中华文化的传承,就没有永州文化;同时没有永州文化,中国传统文化也少了一份风采。可以这样比喻,中华文化是根,区域文化是叶。没有根深蒂固,也就难有枝繁叶茂。三是“互相促进”的关系,永州文化与中华文化既尤如母子,也如同兄弟。区域文化发展了,中华文化也发展了;中华文化发展了,永州文化也会随之增添新内容。四是“整合创新”的关系,永州文化离开了中华文化的整合或者是其它区域文化的补充,就会显得单薄;中华文化缺少对永州优良文化的研究和整合,也是中华文化的缺失。永州文化需要与中华传统文化碰撞才能融合出新质文化,而中华传统文化也应该与区域文化整合兼容才能焕发新的光彩。这正是中华灿烂文化得以传承、永续发展的生命力所在。诚然,提高大学生道德素质的路径是多种多样的,而以文化资源去教育、去影响、去趋同大学生的素质,无论是理论上还是实践中都十分有效可行。永州及永州地区高校在大学生道德素质培养中,通过深化认识、建设平台、典型带动等方式有意识地加强地方文化资源进校园工作,收到良好成效。其做法具有借鉴意义。一是注重课内与课外结合;二是注重物质与精神的统一;三是注重典型与群体互动;四是注重研学践兼顾。全国各地高校可以永州文化资源融入大学生道德素质教育实践,在具体操作上可考虑利用舜文化资源,推行感恩教育;利用柳文化资源,推行民本教育;利用濂溪文化资源,推行廉洁教育;利用红色文化资源,推行理想信念教育。

Good moral qualities are taught the basic conditions of personal growth, social development and progress is a booster, and a healthy development of the socialist market economy, strong security, enhance the comprehensive national strength is tremendous momentum. As a group of college students the knowledge of citizens, their thinking is more active, more extensive impact on their behavior, it is particularly important to develop morality.Culture created by people, who are the most critical and cultural development, the most active factor. To improve the moral quality of university students, we must carry on the traditional virtues of the nation for thousands of years to form, and make full use of the resources of the national cultural essence Slim body content for students, not only for students to enhance the conservation and quality in the process of learning culture, and letting students heritage of civilization in the process of contacting the traditional culture, which for cultural heritage and moral well be a win-win initiative is the meaning of cultural education.According to the three universities Yongzhou investigation mainstream moral qualities of contemporary college students is positive, healthy and progressive, but by the social environment, college students, there are also many such ideals fade, ego, Inharmonic serious and other issues can not be ignored. Thus enhancing the quality of education students’ moral imperative.Culture is the nation’s blood, is the spiritual home of the people. Yongzhou has two thousand years of history as a cultural city, ancient culture Shun Liu culture of Tang, Song of the Lian culture, modern red culture has a strong representative and typical. Yongzhou local cultural resources to improve the quality of students’ moral is quite attuned. It used to compensate Xiaogan college cultural world Shun Tak missing on filial piety; Liu Aimin people with pity and cultural enhancement of the feelings of the people of university students; using Against Neo noble culture of integrity and to guide students to abstinence; help in red of a culture students actively push ahead, these are highly targeted.Yongzhou culture plays an important role in traditional Chinese culture, research Yongzhou Culture in College Students’ Moral Quality Education has a special significance. Local culture as a regional culture is an important part of Chinese traditional culture, traditional culture under the guidance of great personality culture. As a landlocked urban Yongzhou on the land of China, Yongzhou culture is an integral part of Chinese culture.Yongzhou local culture and the relationship between traditional Chinese culture is reflected in the following four aspects:First, the relationship between "diversity and unity" of Yongzhou culture is an integral part of Chinese culture, its relationship with the Chinese culture is the relationship between the individual and the population. Second, Yongzhou culture and Chinese culture,"interdependence", no Chinese cultural heritage, there is no Yongzhou culture; while no Yongzhou culture, Chinese traditional culture has stripped style. It can be a metaphor, is the root of Chinese culture, regional culture leaves. No deep-rooted, it is difficult to have a flourish. The third is "mutually reinforcing" relationship, Yongzhou culture and Chinese culture just like both mother and child, but also as brothers. Cultural development of the region, but also the development of Chinese culture; Chinese culture develops, Yongzhou culture will also add new content. The fourth is "integrated innovation" relationship, Yongzhou culture left the complementary integration of Chinese culture or other areas of culture, will be very thin; Chinese culture, lack of Yongzhou excellent research and cultural integration, but also the lack of Chinese culture. Yongzhou cultural needs and the integration of traditional Chinese culture collision of a new quality culture and traditional Chinese culture should also be compatible with the regional cultural integration shined. This is the traditional cultural resources to the vitality of sustainable development lies.Indeed, improving the quality of students’ moral path is varied, and cultural resources to educate, to influence, to the convergence of quality of students, either in theory or in practice are very effective and feasible. Universities in Yongzhou Yongzhou and moral qualities of College Students, by deepening understanding, building platforms, typically driven by a conscious way of strengthening local cultural resources into the campus job, received good results. Its approach has reference. First, focus on curricular and extra-curricular combination; Second, pay attention to the material and spiritual unity; Third, focus groups typically interact with; Fourth, focus on research and learning practices into account.Colleges and universities around the country can take advantage of Yongzhou cultural resources to enhance students’ moral quality education, in terms of content and cultural resources may consider using the sun to implement Thanksgiving education; utilize Willow cultural resources, the implementation of the education people; utilize Lian cultural resources to implement ethics education; use red cultural resources, the implementation of ideals and convictions.
