信息时代高校创业教育体系研究

【摘要】 在信息技术飞速发展的今天,我国高等教育事业发展进入改革深水区,伴随着高校学生规模的不断扩大,大学生就业已经成为全社会关注的焦点。创业作为解决大学生就业困难的重要途径,对高等院校实行创业教育提出了新的挑战。本论文以培养大学生的创业意识、创业能力和创业精神为目标,采用规范科学的分析方法,在系统梳理相关文献的基础上,结合国内外高校创业教育的实际案例,从信息时代及高校创业教育的内涵和我国高校创业教育的现状出发,从理论和实践层面上进行了深入的剖析探究,提出了在我国高等学校发展创业教育的保障措施和可行性建议。全文主要研究内容分为七部分:第一章为绪论,主要介绍了本论文选题的背景和研究意义,阐述了信息化背景下进行创业教育研究的紧迫性和重要性,提出了论文的研究思路、研究方法和可能的创新点。第二章着重阐述了与本论文相关的概念,特别对核心概念进行了较为明确的探讨,合理的界定了信息时代、高校创业教育及高校创业教育体系的概念。本部分还对创业教育与其他教育思潮进行了对比研究,通过比较,更加明确了创业教育的实质。最后分析了信息时代背景下,高校创业教育所受到的外部环境影响。第三章分析了我国高校创业教育发展现状。本章通过回顾我国高校创业教育的形成、发展历程,细致地展现了自上世纪90年代以来我国高校创业教育的兴起和发展过程,并重点阐述了我国目前具有代表性的几类高校创业教育发展模式,进而指出了所遇到的问题和存在的不足,为后续研究奠定基础。第四章分析了国外高校创业教育发展模式。本章分别选取了美国、英国、日本等发达国家高校创业教育的案例,进行比较分析,并从外部环境的构建、高校自身创业素质的培养等方面为我国高校创业教育体系的构建提供经验借鉴。第五章重点研究了信息时代背景下我国高校创业教育体系的构建。首先从创业教育的目标体系入手,详细指出了高校创业教育应达到的共性和个性目标,构建起高校创业教育的目标体系;接着从创业教育的基础学科课程、活动课程、实践课程设置三个方面阐述了我国高校创业教育的课程设置体系、创业信息素养的实践培养体系;最后从国家政策和学校制度支持角度提出了相应的保障体系。第六章分析了信息时代我国高校创业教育体系得以顺利实施的保证,以及信息时代对高校创业教育的各方面影响。本章较为全面的分析了高校创业教育体系中家庭教育观念、高校重视程度、创业教育外部环境、相应的社会配套支持等方面可能存在的障碍;并从创业教育教学机制、师资队伍建设、创业教育氛围、政府对高校创业的支持和加强校企合作等方面阐述了保证信息时代我国高校创业教育体系实施的保障措施。第七章为全文的结束部分,主要阐述了全文的研究结论并提出相应的建议。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of the information technology, the development of higher education is facing its critical period. In pace of the continuous enlargement of enrollment scale, employment of university students draws the attention of the whole society. Entrepreneurship education, as an important way to solve the employment difficulties, has put forward new challenges to colleges and universities. In this paper, the in detailed analysis and exploration have been conducted by focusing on training college students’entrepreneurship consciousness, ability and spirit, using scientifically standardized analysis method, combining the example of entrepreneurship education from domestic and foreign universities, based on systematical literature arrangement, and starting with the connotation of information age and entrepreneurship education in college, and the current situation of the entrepreneurship education in China. And the indemnificatory measures and feasible suggestions have also been put forward. This paper is mainly divided into seven parts.The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly introduces the background of the thesis and the significance of the research, the research of entrepreneurship education under the background of information, and put forward the ideas, methods and possible innovation in the research.The second chapter focused on the concepts related to this paper, especially on the core concepts discussed relatively clear, reasonable definition of the information age and entrepreneurship education in university entrepreneurship education system. In this part the entrepreneurship education and other education thoughts were studied by comparison as well as essence of entrepreneurship education. Finally the chapter analyzed the background of information age, the influence of the external environment on entrepreneurship education in universities.The third chapter mainly analyzed the current situation of the development of entrepreneurship education in China. This chapter reviewed the development process of information entrepreneurship education in China, displaying of the rise and development since1990’s in detail. Also the chapter focused on several classes of university entrepreneurship education development patterns of China’s current representative, pointing out the problems, which lays the foundation for further research.The fourth chapter analyzed the development patterns of entrepreneurship education in foreign universities. This chapter selected entrepreneurship education in universities in developed countries:USA, UK, Japan, using comparative analysis. From the aspects of external environment construction, the cultivation quality, the chapter tried to find some useful references for China to establish the college entrepreneurship education.The fifth chapter focused on the construction of China’s college entrepreneurship education system on the background of information age. Firstly, this part obtained the target of entrepreneurship education, pointing out that the entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities should reach the targets of generality and individuality, constricting the target system in universities; training system and practices, from the aspects of entrepreneurship education curriculum and activity curriculum and practical curriculum. Finally, this chapter put forward the corresponding supporting system from the state policy and the school system.The sixth chapter analyzed the education system of supporting entrepreneurship systems in the information age. This chapter made comprehensive analysis of entrepreneurship education system in colleges and universities with the concept of family education, the importance of entrepreneurship education, the external environment and the corresponding social support. From the views of entrepreneurship education system, teaching staff construction, entrepreneurship education environment, support from government, strengthening cooperation between college and enterprise etc., the chapter gave out some measures to implement the university entrepreneurship education system in the information age.The seventh chapter is the end of the paper which mainly expounded the conclusions and put forward the corresponding proposals.
