大学生领导力对创造力的影响机理研究

【摘要】 领导力是当今社会最宝贵的社会资源,而创造力是社会发展、经济转变的巨大推进力。领导力和创造力是21世纪大学生应该具备的重要能力,这不仅是大学生对自我综合实力提升的要求,而且是社会管理、社会建设、经济发展方式转变等的结果。有关领导力与创造力的关系理论研究有助于我们更加深刻地理解和探究大学生领导力与创造力。本研究在文献综述的基础上,探析大学生领导力对创造力的作用机理,力图通过对大学生领导力和创造力的概念、特征、结构要素等方面的系统研究,探索大学生领导力与创造力的测评指标体系,讨论大学生领导力与创造力的关系,并在此基础上,通过开放性问卷调查、个体访谈、团体访谈等方式,提出了大学生领导力对创造力影响的10条理论假设,构建了大学生领导力对创造力的影响模型。根据大学生领导力和创造力测评体系,编制大学生领导力和创造力的测评问卷,采用因素分析探究并验证了大学生领导力对创造力影响的维度因素。通过相关数据的采集,运用结构方程模型,依托SPSS、AMOS等工具,研究了未来时间洞察力、积极心理品质、人际关系能力等要素对创造性思维能力、创造行为能力、创造性人格,以及创造力构成要素之间的作用机理。并在此研究成果之上,提出了大学生创造力的开发与提升方案。本研究获得了以下主要结论:(1)界定了大学生领导力和创造力的概念,分析了大学生领导力和创造力的特征,提出了大学生领导力和创造力的结构要素,构建了大学生领导力和创造力测评指标体系。(2)对大学生领导力和创造力作用关系进行了理论和实证研究,研究结果表明:未来时间洞察力与创造性人格倾向密切相关;未来时间洞察力与创造性行为能力密切相关;积极心理品质与创造性人格倾向密切相关;积极心理品质与创造性行为能力密切相关;人际关系能力与创造性思维能力密切相关;创造性人格倾向与创造性思维能力密切相关;创造性人格倾向与创造性行为能力密切相关。因此通过提高大学生领导力确实可以提高大学生创造力。(3)在以上理论研究和实证研究的基础上,提出了包含大学生层面、高校层面、社会行业企业层面的大学生创造力开发体系。总之,本研究希望能对我国大学生领导力和创造力的研究工作及大学生创造力培养方面起到一定的推动作用,对于未来可能的研究方向,还有待于笔者及相关领域的学者对此进行更深入地研究。

【Abstract】 Leadership is the most valuable social resource in present society, and creativity is the huge propulsion for social development and economic transformation. Both of them are considered as the essential and important abilities college students in the21st century are supposed to be equipped with, which not only illustrate the demand for improving their own comprehensive capacity, but also is the result of social management, social construction, transformation of economic development patterns and so on. It is the research on relations between leadership and creativity that can help us understand and explore students’ leadership and creativity more profoundly.On the basis of literature review, this research analyzes how college student’s leadership produces influence on creativity, trying to carry out a systematic research of the concept, characteristics, structural elements of leadership and creativity, and so on. In the light of the exploration of assessment index system and the discussion of their relationship, it puts forward10theoretic assumptions of the impact of college students’leadership on creativity and establishes the influence model based on the data acquired from open questionnaire, individual interview, group interview, etc. The assessment questionnaire of college students’ leadership and creativity is compiled based on the assessment system, and factor analysis is adopted to explore and validate the dimension factors affecting the college students’ leadership and creativity. Through related data collection and the adoption of structural equation model, tools of SPSS and AMOS, the impacts are studied that elements generates like future time observation, positive psychological quality and interpersonal skills on creative personality, creation ability, creative personality, and so on. Furthermore, the proposal is put forward about how to cultivate and improve college students’ creativity in the light of the above research results.This research finally arrives at several main conclusions as follows:(1) it defines college students’ leadership and creativity, analyzes their characteristics and puts forward the structure elements as well as the assessment index system.(2) it carries out the theoretical and empirical research on the relationship between creativity and leadership of college students drawing the conclusion that future time perspective is closely related to the creative personality tendency and the creative behavior ability; positive psychological quality is tightly related to the creative personality tendency as well as creative behavior ability; so is interpersonal ability and creative thinking ability; it is also true of the relationship between creative personality tendency and creative thinking ability together with creative behavior ability. So college students’ creativity can be improved by raising their leadership.(3) It proposes college students’ creativity development system on the level of colleges and universities as well as social industry and enterprises on the basis of the above theoretical and empirical research.To sum up, this study is carried out with the expectation that it can push forward the research on leadership and creativity of college students in China and on cultivating their creativity. And the possible future research demands the further studies of the author and the scholars in this field.
