【摘要】 随着中国社会经济结构转型加快和美丽中国建设的深入，区域城市群整合与区域经济协调可持续发展已经成为越来越重要问题。作为吉林省区域经济发展重要纽带的吉林中部城市群也正在适应这种特殊的历史阶段所发生的这种经济、社会格局的深刻变化所带来的巨大挑战，尤其是随着中国区域经济发展向省域纵深领域的延伸和省域城市群的联动性进一步增强，发展中省域城市群如何构建区域城市群发展优化模式、完善城市群发展体系、提高城市群发展效率和保持城市群发展的可持续性以加快本区域的经济社会发展，在未来一段时间内将成为摆在城市领导工作者和理论研究者面前的一个重要课题。以区域城市群基础动力要素研究和区域城市群区域经济发展的持续性研究为依托，以成熟城市群的管理和发展模式为借鉴，通过对区域城市群优化要素的整合与构建以提高吉林城市群对吉林省域经济社会的贡献率和实现吉林中部城市群更好的引领吉林省域经济的发展为目标等已经开始成为值得重点关注的问题。吉林中部城市群系统整合和可持续发展研究，既是一个经济学课题，同时也是一个历史与现实相结合的课题。所以本文意在通过对城市群发展内在规律的研究来分析吉林城市群与经济的协同性发展的道路，从而为城市群与区域经济的协同发展提供理论经验和实践借鉴。全文共七章，约十二万字。第一、二、三章主要区域经济学、城市群与系统论控制论等相关城市群整合的基本理论。第四章主要是对吉林中部城市群系统整合与构建进行设计研究。第五章主要对吉林中部城市群可持续性发展研究。第六章则主要对吉林中部城市群可持续发展战略问题研究。第八章对本论文进行总结。通过全文分析和论证可见，省域城市群系统整合与区域经济发展之间存在着协同性发展关系。要保持省域经济的快速、稳定和协调发展就要实现城市群系统的优化整合和可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the accelerating of China’s social and economic restructuring and thedeepening of constructing a beautiful Chinese, the integration of regional urbanagglomeration and the coordinated and sustainable development of regional economichave become an increasingly important issue. As an important link in the regionaleconomic development in Jilin, the central c ity group of Jilin Province is alsoadapting to the enormous challenges brought by the profound changes of thiseconomic and social patterns in this particular historical period. Especially withChina’s regional economic development is extending to provincial depth field and thefurther enhancing of linkage among the provincial cities group, how can thedeveloping provincial urban agglomerations build optimization mode of regionalurban agglomerations developing, improve urban agglomeration development system,improve the efficiency of urban agglomeration development and maintainingsustainable development of urban agglomerations to accelerate economic and socialdevelopment in the region will be an important topic placed in front of the city’sleading practitioners and theorists in the coming period. Relying on the study of urbanagglomeration’s basic power factors and the sustainability of urban agglomeration’seconomic development, learning from the management and development models ofmature urban agglomerations, through the integration and construction of regionalurban agglomerations’ optimistic elements to improve the contribution rates which theJilin urban agglomeration have done to the Jilin provincial economy and society. Andat the same time, achieve the goal that Jilin’s central urban agglomeration be a betterleader of Jilin’s provincial economic development. All of these have become problemswhich are worth to focus.The integration of Jilin central city group systems and the sustainabledevelopment research are not only economic issues, but also subjects which combinehistory and reality. Therefore, this article is intend to analyze the synergydevelopment roads between Jilin urban agglomeration and the economic through thestudy of internal laws of urban agglomerations’ development, so as to providetheoretical and practical reference for the synergy development between urbanagglomeration and regional economy.The article includes eight chapters, approximately150,000words. The first,second and third chapters are mainly introduce regional economics, urbanagglomeration, systems theory, cybernetics systems and other related basic theory ofurban agglomeration integration. The fourth and fifth chapters are research about theintegration and designation of Jilin’s central urban agglomeration system. The sixthchapter is mainly focus on the sustainable development of urban agglomeration in central Jilin. Chapter seven is research on the strategy for sustainable development ofJilin central urban agglomeration. Chapter eight is a summary.Through the analysis and demonstration of the full text, we can conclude thatthere is a synergy development relation between urban agglomeration systemintegration and regional economic development. To maintain fast, stable andcoordinated development of the provincial economy, we should optimize theintegration of urban agglomeration system and achieve sustainable development.更多还原
