【摘要】 区域经济的发展，离不开政府、企业和个人的参与。尤其是创造财富的微观主体企业，在区域经济发展中扮演着重要的角色，而上市公司作为优秀企业的典型代表，借助于资本市场，对区域经济发展的促进作用更是不容忽视。高度重视和发展上市公司，将上市公司发展优势转化为区域经济优势，是增强区域经济实力、促进区域经济发展的有效途径之一。然而，与我国经济发达省份相比，包括辽宁、吉林和黑龙江三省的东北地区，其上市公司无论在数量上还是质量上都不尽人意。如何充分利用上市公司在资金筹集、人才吸引、技术和管理创新等方面的优势能力，通过大力培育和发展上市公司以促进东北经济繁荣，就成为东北振兴过程中亟待解决的问题。就理论层面来看，作为企业与区域相互作用理论体系的重要研究内容和主要组成部分，上市公司对区域经济发展的影响亦受到理论界的普遍关注。虽然国内外学者的研究均证实以资本市场为依托的上市公司对促进区域经济发展具有重要作用，但是他们关于上市公司影响区域经济发展作用的探讨基本上都是立足于某一特定区域，从经验数据层面展开的，尚未形成系统的理论体系。因此，从理论层面深入分析上市公司对区域经济发展的影响机制，并辅以经验层面的数据支持，揭示上市公司在区域经济发展中的作用，为发展上市公司繁荣区域经济提供理论和实践支撑，是目前我国区域经济研究的改革重点和研究趋势，也是解决我国区域经济发展问题的关键所在。基于上述实践背景和理论研究需求，本文提出了上市公司影响区域经济发展的研究主题，在对上市公司与区域经济发展概念进行界定的前提下，从上市公司资金筹集、人才吸引、技术创新和管理创新四方面的优势能力出发，借助要素集聚机制、外部效应机制、市场共享机制和发展联动机制，分别要素层面、产业层面和区域空间层面三个维度，初步建立了上市公司影响区域经济发展的理论研究框架。并以东北地区为例，在描述东北地区上市公司发展现状的基础上，对上市公司在东北地区经济发展中的功能演进与作用发挥进行总结归纳，进一步从区域经济增长、产业结构调整和空间结构优化三个方面，借助Eviews和Arcgis软件，运用实证研究方法，考察上市公司对东北地区经济发展的影响，最后提出发展上市公司繁荣东北经济的政策建议,以达到依托高质量上市公司振兴东北经济目标的实现。第一章：相关概念界定与理论基础。本章运用规范研究方法，在对上市公司与区域经济发展概念进行界定的基础上，从企业理论、区位理论、产业结构理论、区域经济增长理论展开，对上市公司影响区域经济发展的相关理论进行梳理和总结，为后续研究奠定理论基础。第二章：上市公司影响区域经济发展的机制和作用。本章从上市公司筹资能力、人才吸引能力、技术和管理创新能力入手，将上市公司作为企业所具有的共性与个性相统一，借助要素集聚机制、外部效应机制、市场共享机制和发展联动机制，分别要素层面、产业层面和区域空间层面，建立了上市公司影响区域经济发展的理论研究框架，以为实证研究提供理论依据。第三章：东北地区上市公司的发展历程与功能演进。本章从数量规模、行业分布、产业结构、经营状况、地区分布对东北地区上市公司的发展现状进行描述，并通过与江浙地区的比较分析，总结归纳东北地区上市公司所具有的特征。在回顾东北地区上市公司发展历程的基础上，对上市公司在东北地区经济发展中的功能演进与作用发挥进行归纳总结。第四章：东北地区上市公司对区域经济发展影响的实证分析。本章立足于东北地区上市公司及经济发展相关数据，从区域经济增长、产业结构调整和空间结构优化三个方面展开，借助Eviews和Arcgis软件，运用实证研究方法，探讨了上市公司在东北地区经济发展中扮演的角色和发挥的作用，从实践层面上，为通过发展上市公司促进东北经济繁荣提供经验数据支持。第五章：发展上市公司繁荣东北经济的政策建议。本章在理论分析和实证检验的基础上，针对东北地区上市公司发展中存在的问题与不足，从引导和培育优势企业上市、规范上市公司经营运作、加大上市公司并购重组力度、调整上市公司空间布局四个方面入手，探讨发展上市公司繁荣东北经济的政策建议，以达到依托高质量上市公司振兴东北经济目标的实现。更多还原

【Abstract】 The government, enterprises and individuals are microscopic main body of the regionaleconomic development. Especially the enterprise plays an important role in regionaleconomic development. And the listed company as a typical representative of outstandingenterprises, with the aid of capital market, is very important to regional economicdevelopment. Attaches great importance to listed companies, has become one of the effectiveways to promote regional economic development. However, compared with the developedprovinces, including the three provinces of Liao Ning, Ji Lin and Hei Longjiang in northeastChina, the listed companies both in quantity and quality are very poor. How to make full useof the listed company’s significant advantages in fund-raising, talent attraction, technologyand management innovation, with the help of the listed company to develop the regionalecnonmy, has become a problem to be solved in the process of revitalization of the northeast.Theoretical level, the research of listed company’s influence on the regional economicdevelopment, is an important sector of the theoretical system, which researches the interactionof the enterprise and regional. Although the research of scholars both at home and abroad areconfirmed listed companies paly an impotant role in regional economic development, buttheir researches are basically based on a particular area and from the aspect of empirical data,has not yet formed the theoretical system.Therefore, from the theoretical level, to thoroughanalyze the mechanism of listed company influence on the regional economic development,and reveal the role of listed companies in regional economic development in northeast China,is the reform of China’s regional economic research focus and research tendency, also is thekey to solve the problem of regional economic development.Based on the practical background and theoretical research needs, this paper putsforward the research topics of the listed companies affect regional economic development,under the premise of definition for the listed company and the regional economicdevelopment, from the listed company’s ability of financing, talent, technology andmanagement innovation, and respectively with the three dimensions of elements, industry andregional space, to establish the mechanism of listed company how to influences the regionaleconomic development. And then, using a variety of statistics and measurement methods,described the current situation of the development of listed companies and regional economyin northeast China, summarized the function evolution of listed companies and the role oflisted companies played in the regional economic development in northeast China. Furtherfrom the three aspects of regional economic growth, industrial structure and regional spatialstructure, to test the role of the listed company in the northeast economy development, finally put forward the policy suggestions to improe the quality of listed companies in northeastChina. Relying on high quality listed companies in order to achieve the goals of economicdevelopment in northeast China.Chapter one: The definition and theoretical basis. This chapter uses normative researchmethod, on the basis of defining the concept of the listed company and the regional economicdevelopment, from the enterprise theory, externality theory and regional economic growththeory, to summarize the relevant theories of the listed company how to influences theregional economic development, lay a theoretical foundation for follow-up study.Chapter two: The mechanism of action of listed company influences the regionaleconomic development. This chapter from the listed companie’s financing ability, attractingtalents ability, technology and management innovation ability, to explore the influencemechanism of listed company influences the regional economic development with the threedimensions of elements, industry and regional space level, to provide the theory basis forempirical research.Chapter three: The evolution of development and function of listed companies innortheast China. This chapter describes the current situation of listed companies from fiveaspects of the number of scale, industry distribution, industrial structure, operating conditionsand regional distribution. Further through the comparative analysis with Jiangsu and Zhejiangarea sums up the characteristics of listed companies in northeast. Based on the summary of thedevelopment course of listed companies in northeast China, this chapter summarizes thefunction evolution of listed companies and the role of listed companies played in the regionaleconomic development in northeast China.Chapter four: The empirical analysis of listed company influences the regional economicdevelopment. This chapter bases on the relevant data of listed companies and the economicdevelopment in northeast China, from the three aspects of regional economic growth,industrial structure and regional spatial structure, discusses the role of listed companies in thenortheast region’s economic development by the empirical research method, for thedevelopment of the listed company provide empirical data support.Chapter five: Policy Suggestions to revival northeast economy through the developmentof the listed company.On the basis of theoretical analysis and empirical test, according tocurrent situation of the development of listed companies in northeast China, this chapterdiscusses the policy suggestions to develop listed companies in northeast China, in order toachieve the goal of relying on high-quality listed companies to develop the regional economy.更多还原
