神府煤矿区环境遥感监测与评价关键技术研究

【摘要】 基于遥感的方法是快速、准确、高效监测煤矿区环境状况的有效途径。本研究以陕西省榆林市神府矿区为例,利用不同时相的TM数据结合非遥感数据,研究了从区域环境尺度上遥感动态监测煤矿区环境状况的关键技术和新方法,研究表明:煤矿开采造成了矿区自然环境(包括水土流失、沙漠化、草地退化)、景观(包括土地利用结构、废弃房屋)、植被、地质(包括采空区、塌陷、矿震、滑坡、泥石流)等不同程度的破坏,分析了变化的程度及原因;以此为依据结合矿区特点,运用矿区环境综合评价法进行煤矿区环境质量评价,划分出生态环境损害严重区、中级区、初级区及轻微区,并计算处出每一区间的单元面积和分布范围,分析其形成机理;为改善生态环境质量和遏制生态环境的继续恶化,逐步建立与区域经济发展和人民生活水平提高相适应的良好生态环境,提出了相应的治理措施和技术。

【Abstract】 Based on the remote sensing method is fast, accurate, the highly effective to monitor coal mine area environmental situation in an effective way. This research take the Shanxi Province Yulin Shenfu coal mining district as the example, the use of different time of the TM data from a study of the dynamic landscape-scale coal mining district to monitor environmental situation by key technologies and new methods.The research shows that the coal mining has caused the natural environment (including soil erosion, desertification and grassland degeneration), the landscape (including land-use structure, abandoned housing), the vegetation.the geology (including mined-out distract, collapse, mining-induced earthquakes, landslides, mud-rock flow)and so on varying degrees of damage, and has analyzed the reason for change;This unifies the mining area characteristic for the basis, carries on the coal mine area environment quality appraisal using the mining area environment quality synthetic evaluation method, a division of the ecological environment of serious damage zone, intermediate zone, primary and slight zone, and computation each sector elemental area and distribution range,and analyzes it to form the mechanism;To implement the corresponding ecology restore project,improve ecological environment quality or the contain ecological environment situation worsening, gradually establish the good ecological environment which adapts with the improvement of the standard of living, proposed the corresponding government measure and the technology.
