【摘要】 煤炭作为中国的主要能源之一,对中国经济的发展起到了举足轻重的作用,分析和评价煤炭在中国的消费状况,对认识并改变中国能源效率现状有重要意义。本文从中国煤炭市场的供求现状出发,分析经济增长、产业结构、煤炭价格、技术创新、环境状况等影响因素与煤炭消费的关系,并运用计量经济方法进行煤炭消费与各影响因素的长期均衡关系研究,以及各影响因素波动对煤炭消费的影响研究。在煤炭消费现状及其影响因素分析的基础上,运用DEA方法对中国工业行业与各地区煤炭消费效率进行分析评价,并根据工业行业煤炭消费效率评价结果及工业行业煤炭消费状况,进行重点耗煤行业煤炭消费效率优化研究。根据前述实证分析结果,提出提高中国煤炭消费效率的对策及建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 As one of China’s main energy resources, coal plays a decisive role in China’s economy development. It is of great importance to analyze and evaluate coal consumption in China for understanding and changing the current situation of China’s energy resources consumption efficiency. This paper analyzes the relationship between the influencing factors, including economic growth, industrial structure, and the price of coal, technology innovation, environmental conditions, and coal consumption based on the supply and demand of China coal market. Also, by using econometric methods, it studies the long-term equilibrium between coal consumption and every influencing factor, as well as the influence of the fluctuation of every influential factor on the coal consumption. On the basis of analysis to current situation of coal consumption and its influencing factors, this paper analyze and evaluate coal consumption efficiency of China’s industries and regions by using DEA method, and furtherly,studies the optimization of the coal consumption efficiency of important coal consumption industry. In accordance with the resul of the above empirical analysis, this paper gives the countermeasures and suggestions to increase the efficiency of China’s coal consumption.更多还原
