甲基纤维素增重造粒关键技术研究

【摘要】 本工作研究开发了一种新型三阶式双螺杆挤出机,并将其应用于甲基纤维素的挤出造粒工艺中,有效地提高了甲基纤维素颗粒的容重和溶解度。在双螺杆挤出机的啮合原理的基础上,建立了螺杆几何尺寸之间的关系,并获得了三阶式双螺杆挤出机螺杆的三维模型。采用遗传算法完成了对三阶式双螺杆挤出机的优化设计和开发,获得了最优化的设计尺寸。使用Pro/E软件完成了三阶式双螺杆挤出机的实体建模,并采用ANSYS软件对螺杆进行了静力学分析、模态分析和响应分析。最后,对挤出的甲基纤维素产品进行了系统的表征,根据表征结果对甲基纤维素产品的增溶、增重机理进行了系统的分析。最终形成完整的增重造粒生产工艺。

【Abstract】 This work researched and developed a new tri-stage twin-screw extruder. It was used in the extrusion granulation process of methyl cellulose, and density and solubility of the produced methyl cellulose particles were effectively raised. Based on the twin-screw extruder engagement principle, the relationship between the screws geometry were established, and the three-dimensional model of tri-stage twin-screw extruder was obtained. The tri-order twin-screw extruder was design and developed through the genetic algorithm method, and the optimum design dimensions were obtain. The solid modeling of tri-stage twin-screw extruder was established by Pro/E. At the same time, static mechanical analysis, modal analysis and response analysis was made by ANSYS software. Finally, the produced methyl cellulose particle in this tri-stage twin-screw extruder was characterized systematically. According to the characterization result, the mechanisms of methyl cellulose products solubility and density variation were discussed. Finally, a complete production process is obtained.
