基于光纤光栅的乳化液浓度传感器的研究

【摘要】 乳化液是液压支架的传动介质,其浓度大小直接影响液压支架和支柱的工作寿命和生产成本,因此对乳化液浓度严格检测十分必要。针对目前检测乳化液浓度常用的方法和国内外光纤光栅折射率传感技术的发展现状,本文提出了采用光纤光栅进行乳化液浓度检测的新的方法,采用耦合模理论研究了长周期光纤光栅和倾斜光纤光栅参数对透射谱的影响,分析了长周期光纤光栅和倾斜光纤光栅的折射率敏感特性,最后对不同浓度的乳化液进行了传感特性实验测试,得到了谐振波长与其浓度之间的关系。实验结果表明:采用光纤光栅进行乳化液浓度检测是可行的,能够满足灵敏度的要求。适合在矿井下具有强电磁干扰、易燃易爆和腐蚀性介质及粉尘污染等恶劣条件下使用。

【Abstract】 Emulsion is a hydraulic support’s transmission medium and its concentration directly affects the working life and cost of the hydraulic support and the pillar.so strict testing for emulsion concentration is necessary. Aiming to the common methods of the emulsion concentration detection and development current situation of the fiber grating refractive index sensing technology at home and abroad. This paper put forward a new method of detecting the emulsion concentration by the fiber grating, we study the influence of the long period fiber grating parameter on the transmission spectrum by the coupling mode theory, analyze the refractive index sensitivity characteristics of it, test sensing characteristics with different emulsion concentration and get the relationship between the resonance wavelength and the concentration. Test results show that it is practical to detect emulsion concentration for the fiber grating. which can meet the sensitivity. It is fit to apply under abominable environment such as strong electromagnetic to interfere, flammable,combustible and corrosive medium, and polluted dust.
