大采高采场围岩的矿压显现规律研究

【摘要】 本文通过从大采高采场的现场矿压监测、实验室采场上覆岩层结构及运动相似模拟实验及大采高采场矿压数值分析入手,详细研究了大采高围岩控制特征及规律,并在此基础上对大采高提高回采率的开采参数优化进行研究工作。在大采高矿压显现规律研究中,通过现场大采高采场矿压数据分析的基础上,对大采高矿压显现的时空分布、支架末阻力与初承力、支架冲击载荷等规律进行了总结。在大采高采场上覆岩层结构及运动规律研究中,通过二维和三维相似模拟实验对大采高采场上覆岩层结构及运动规律进行研究,在实验中引入了白光数字散斑相关方法作为二维相似模拟实验的位移监测手段,对开采过程中采场上覆岩层结构及运动规律进行了详细研究。在大采高采场参数对矿压影响数值研究中,分别考虑工作面长度、工作面宽度、工作面高度以及开采速度等因素作用下,采场矿压显示特征。通过现场监测、实验室内实验及数值分析,综合考虑到大采高围岩控制特征,提出了大采高提高回采率的开采参数优化方法。

【Abstract】 Based on the pressure monitoring of the large mining height stope, physical simulation experiment of structure and movement of strata overlying laboratory stope and numerical analysis of mine pressure on large mining height stope, this paper presents a study of large mining height control characteristics and rule of surrounding rock in detail. In addition, some works were analysed to study parameter optimization of improving the recovery rate of large mining height. In the research on induced mining pressure with large mining height, this paper analysed the character of the large mining height stope on-site mining pressure and summarizes the rules of sterss distribution of supported surrouding rocks and load-bearing in large mining height system. In the research on rule of structure and movement of strata overlying and the large mining height stope,2D and3D physical simulation experiments were conducted to analysed movement of strata and overlying the large mining height stope. In the experiment, white digital bulk spot related method was introduced as a means monitoring displacement of2D physical simulation experiment, and the roof strata structure and movement rules in mining process are studied in detail. In the data research about large mining height parameters’s impact on mining pressure, workface length, width, height and mining speed were taken into account to study the characteristics of the stope mining pressure display respectively. Through on-site monitoring, laboratory experiment and numerical analysis, this paper take the characteristics of surrounding rock control of large mining height into account comprehensively, put forward for parameters optimization of increasing mining recovery rate in large mining height.
